    compensation for delayed flight

    When I boarded a plane in Vancouver heading to Paris, I didn't know we would spend 4 hours on the tarmac before taking off. I hand to upend my plans in Paris. A couple of us got together and decided to try AirHelp (we didn't want to deal with the airline directly) and see if we could get compensated for wasted time. AirHelp customer service is amazing and friendly, they took our flight details and went to work on getting us compensated. Two months in and the compensation arrived as promised. Communication from AirHelp was smooth. Although they take a percentage from the compensation, I'm very satisfied with the help I got. In case I run into similar cases in the future I know who I'll be calling.
