Right after setting it up I spotted the guy lines rubbing the canvas — yikes. I filed a complaint and they called me back, a real person, who took it seriously. Replacement parts arrived fast, delivery was on time, and the team followed up to make sure I was happy. Glad it worked out; if you buy a tent here keep your receipt and contact them quickly.
That moment everyone wanted my tent
Walked out to coffee Saturday morning and everyone was hovering around the Nova Dome — that's when I knew it was worth it. Bought from Boutique Camping after a couple of disappointing buys elsewhere, delivery was absurdly fast to Texas, setup was easy, and people kept asking where I got it. Makes camping fun again, honestly.
Quick ship, weird delivery detour
they chased DPD, kept sending updates, and kinda talked me down (yes, I panicked a little). Haven't unwrapped the stuff yet—it's for Christmas—but their follow-up really won me over. Tip: if you need quick answers, these folks answer.
