    Great stay at Choice hotels

    I went on a busines trip where me and my business partner shared a room at this Tonawanda Econo Lodge because it was close to where our meeting would be planned. We were impressed by how clean was everything around us. I must say that along with the other staff memebers, Amy who sits at the front desk was truly helpful & friendly to us. she did assist us with the things there. The breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh and lots of variety for sure. Overall it was great experience. I highly suggest to travel there and stay at the place..

    Hotel stay experience

    My stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff there were so friendly and really helped me relax as soon as I got there. Even though I wasn't in a great mood at first, they were super patient and turned things around in no time. The room was clean, had everything I needed, and the beds were so comfy. It was nice and quiet all night so I got a good rest. Michelle, the General Manager, went out of her way to make sure my stay was special and that all the guests had a great time. I'll definitely come back to this hotel again in the future.

The room I stayed in was clean and super organized, which just added to the whole great experience. Overall, I had a really awesome time at this hotel.

    My experience with Tia at the hotel

    I stayed at the hotel in North Carolina and let me tell you, Tia was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful, made checking in and out a breeze, and answered all my questions with a smile. Seriously, she's the best!

    Extended stay at a hotel with loyalty program

    I've been a loyal customer for quite some time and even made it to Diamond status, but I have to say I'm really disappointed with the recent changes the hotel chain I stay at has made. I've been staying at this hotel while waiting for my new home to be built, and out of nowhere, they bumped up the points needed for a stay from 12,000 to 20,000. To top it off, this hotel is only a 2-star place, so I can't help but question if I'm really getting my money's worth. Even with all the loyalty I've shown, it doesn't feel like they appreciate me as a customer. Because of these changes, I'm seriously thinking about finding a new hotel to stay at.

    Booking Assistance Query

    I had a really bad experience at a hotel recently. The staff was so unhelpful and not friendly at all. I made a mistake with my booking through Expedia and went to the front desk for some help. But the person working there wouldn't help me at all. They basically told me to figure it out on my own. I tried my best to explain what happened and ask for help, but they just kept ignoring me. It was pretty obvious they had no interest in helping me out, which was super frustrating and disappointing. On top of that, it seemed like they were treating me differently because I speak French and have an accent, which made the whole thing even worse.

    My stay at that hotel was a total disaster. The rooms were super gross, with walls and carpets all dirty. The bed sheets looked unwashed, and the whole place stunk. The customer service was the absolute worst - the staff was totally clueless and rude. And get this, a van got stolen from the supposedly safe parking lot while I was there. And the staff just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Pretty sketchy, especially since other reviews mention similar van thefts in recent years.

    I tried to make a reservation and hoped I could check in early but that wasn't possible. On top of that, I wasn't able to get my points back. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were no help at all. I definitely won't be spending my money here again!

    I recently had a frustrating experience with a hotel from the Choice Hotels brand. While I was staying there, the power went out completely, and I was told to leave early. The staff told me I would get a refund for the two nights I had already paid for. But when I asked the hotel for the refund, they said no. I tried reaching out to management, but got no response. Even the customer service folks at Choice Hotels didn't help sort things out. This whole ordeal has really turned me off, and I won't be staying at any Choice Hotels again.

    25-year former Choice Privileges member

    After being a member of Choice Privileges for 25 years, I sadly decided to quit the program. In all those years, I noticed most of the motels linked to Choice Hotels were not up to par when it came to being clean, providing good service, and just overall quality. On top of that, I had several disagreements where it felt like Choice Hotels had the back of the motel instead of me, the customer. All in all, my time with this company was a big letdown and I really wish I had left sooner.

    Recent stay promo experience

    I just stayed at this hotel chain that had a promotion where if you stay for 2 nights, you get the 3rd night for free. But it turned out to be kind of a scam because they wouldn't credit my points until 72 hours after the second stay. That makes it hard for most people to actually take advantage of the free night.

    This company totally messed up - they fed me false info, left out key details, and sneakily tried to tack on hidden fees without giving me a heads up. Then after I booked, they straight up hustled me into a sketchy timeshare situation that turned into a nightmare - all while trying to squeeze over 200 bucks out of me in extra charges! I'd steer clear of these guys altogether. Heck, even their own employees spill the tea that they're shady - like the hotel receptionist I chatted with spilled the beans.

    Hotel stay feedback

    I've been really let down by my recent stays at this hotel. The rooms are not great and the staff is just plain rude. I've stayed here a few times because it's close to my family, but every time I come back I get poor service and no respect. When I told them how I felt, they just brushed it off and said it didn't meet their standards, which is pretty funny considering how their hotels are. I suggest looking for somewhere else that cares about their customers and treats them right. It's worth spending a little more to have a nice and enjoyable stay at a different place.
