I kept trying to log in to check my info during renewal and almost left for a different insurer. After one last try the form accepted my updates, confirmation popped up — relief. Not perfect, login is clunky, but it works and I stayed.
Relief after a messy move
I was dreading sorting this out after my move — bad back and all — but the online checkout felt straightforward and relieving. I do prefer talking to someone though; twice I waited on hold about 20 minutes, which got annoying. Still, it worked and I’m glad it was easy and reliable.
