be careful — they canceled my already confirmed tickets and that almost wrecked an urgent trip. I bought the fare they advertised, paid with money I’d borrowed for this specific purpose, and a day later got an email saying the booking was canceled because prices changed. I mean, come on. I use flights a lot for family stuff and I never ran into anything like this. This ticket was for a family member flying from Romania to England for a medical procedure, so it wasn’t some casual weekend plan — it mattered. I’m not into blowing things up online, but this really shook my confidence in the company. I reached out to customer service and their replies felt vague; not rude, just not helpful enough for the situation. I’m trying to stay optimistic that they’ll sort it, but right now I’d tell a friend to double-check everything before handing over cash. Practical note: keep screenshots, ask for written confirmation, and be ready to push if it’s urgent. I also get that mistakes happen and price changes are normal, but canceling a confirmed ticket after payment, when the funds were specifically borrowed for this, is a rough move. So yeah, disappointed, a little annoyed, but hoping for a decent resolution — and I’ll update people if that happens. For now, take this as a heads-up: treat their confirmations like they might not be final, especially for critical travel.
Messy booking — we flew, but customer service was a nightmare
no actual ticket PDFs, just a reference number and a note saying check in at the airport. That made me uneasy, so I emailed support. Their replies were short and... kind of generic, like they were on autopilot. At the airport it felt tense for a bit, but luckily the airline was real and we did board, so the core service — getting where we needed to go — actually worked. That said, the delivery of the tickets and all the follow-up was messy. After we returned, I wanted a refund for one canceled leg and I hit the wall. They asked for a US bank account even though I’d paid with a foreign card — so I set up a Payoneer account like they asked, provided everything, waited, waited, then they asked for a US address. I explained I don’t live in the US and have no US address. Silence again. It was frustrating and felt unprofessional. Bottom line: if you need the actual flight, this can work — we got there — but expect poor communication and hoops if anything goes wrong. Don’t go in expecting smooth customer service or straightforward refunds. I’d use it again only if the price was significantly better and I had no other option, but I’d be ready to follow up hard and keep records.
