I was really pleased with my purchase. The guy I spoke with, let's call him Marcellus King, was super chill and friendly. He gave me all the info I needed and didn't mind at all when I bombarded him with a million questions. He even followed through and called me back when he said he would, which was great. I was a little hesitant about buying from this place at first, but Marcellus was awesome and put me at ease. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and I'll definitely be back.
Cheap flight booking
After getting jerked around by other sites playing games with prices, I was actually happy with how easy it was to book on this site. I ended up saving more than $600 on a flight for me and my buddy, and got a confirmation from the airline super fast. When I tried to pick our seats directly with the airline, I was put on hold forever. But when I called up customer service on this site, they picked up right away and got us our seats no problem. Definitely gonna use them again for my next trip.
CVV Verification Email issue
I was so scared when I missed the CVV verification email for my flight the night before I was supposed to leave in the morning. But, Fernando from customer service really went above and beyond to help me out. He tried everything possible to make sure my flight was still good for the next day. Even when the call got disconnected, he called me right back with confirmation that everything was set for the same flight and no extra charges. Huge thanks to Fernando for saving the day!

Multi-legged flight booking for girlfriend
I just booked this big ol' journey for my girlfriend, right? She was supposed to go from the DR to Panama City, then to Kingston, Jamaica, and finally to Montego Bay, Jamaica. But get this - even though I shelled out over 3 grand for the whole thing, there were some major issues with the confirmation for the flights there and back. It was a total mess, I tell ya. So my girlfriend got stuck in Kingston not just once, but twice, because the airline didn't have record of her flights being paid for. I could see all the effort Copa agent "Max Wilson" put into getting it all together, but then the ticketing department went and messed everything up. Frustrating, man.
Christmas flight booking
I just gotta shout out Landyn Watson, he's seriously the best! He hooked me up with a super affordable flight for me and my son to head home for Christmas. I was feeling hopeless but he never gave up and made sure everything was all set. He was so friendly and made sure all my specific requests were handled. He's like a booking flight superhero, for real. If I had a company, I'd hire him in a heartbeat. Thanks a million, Landyn, for going the extra mile for me!

Refund confirmation request
I recently called customer service super late at night to cancel my ticket and get a refund of $500. After talking to a rep who promised me the refund, I still haven't gotten an email confirming that my money is coming back to me. I called multiple times to try and get this important confirmation because I didn't want to miss the 24-hour cancellation deadline with no refund in sight. Sadly, the last rep I talked to was not nice at all and didn't handle things professionally. They even hung up on me before I could fully explain my concerns. As a customer dealing with a time-sensitive issue, I was expecting much better treatment and a quicker solution.
