Vip ticket
Do not buy from this website. I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a vip ticket for a concert through this website and when I get to the venue, the person who scanned my ticket told me You can't enter your ticket has been used, she did not provide further explanation. Apparently, they sell tickets with the same barcode? Horrible
Tickets for Concert in Miami
They changed the main band in a concert. Asked for a refund. They denied it saying the concert was still happening.
Placed a dispute with my credit card. Can't believe I'm typing this but Ticketmaster behaves better and they are no saints.The backup band also didn't play. This concert was a disaster.
