I went to this really awesome NASCAR race and had to transfer my tickets through the mobile app. I was a little nervous because I had tried it with another company before and it didn't go well. But let me tell you, TicketCity was AMAZING! When I reached out to them with my worries, they got back to me in just 2 days. And guess what? I got my tickets a whole week before the race this time, instead of freaking out the day before. I will definitely be using this company again, they are great!

I've been using this ticket service for a while now, and I have to say, I'm always blown away by the service I get. I really wanted to go to this big concert for my birthday, so I checked out different ticket prices and TicketCity ended up being the best option with the lowest service fees. The ticket transfer site crashed right before the game, so I ended up missing out on my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets. I had to buy scalped tickets just to get in. But I gave the company a call and they quickly gave me a refund, which was a pleasant surprise. Their fast and easy customer service definitely won me over as a loyal customer.
Ticket purchase for game
The process of buying tickets was really easy and smooth. I was a little worried at first because my phone was acting up, and I was on my way to the event. I kind of wished I could have printed the tickets just in case. But, luckily, I was able to fix my phone issues with my cell service provider and get the tickets right in time for the game.
Cubs tickets purchase
I was having a hard time trying to buy Cubs tickets online, so I decided to call customer service for help. I was actually really impressed by how helpful and nice the agent was. They made everything super easy and it was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. This was my first time getting tickets from this company, and I was kinda worried at first, but now I'm happy because of the awesome service I got.

I've bought event tickets from this ticket agency more than once, and let me tell you, they never let me down. Ordering is easy-peasy and the customer service is great. The prices might be a little higher than some other places, but the whole experience and extra bonuses make it worth it. They always deliver the tickets on time, so I never stress about missing out on the event.
Ticket transfer issue
Unfortunately, my experience with TicketCity was not as smooth as I had expected. When I bought tickets, I ran into a problem with transferring them. The tickets didn't show up in my Ticketmaster account like I thought they would, but I found them in my U.S. Open account instead. If they had let me know beforehand, the transfer would have been fine, but the fact that TicketCity didn't communicate with me was pretty disappointing.
Ticket purchase for Ball Arena event
I just bought some tickets to a Ball Arena event from a resale site. Turns out, the tickets were fake because the suite owner oversold them through the platform. So me and a bunch of other people got scammed. Even though we still got in, the venue told us to report the scam to our credit card company. It's frustrating that the resale platform didn't check out the sellers better, leaving us out of pocket and inconvenienced.
Elton John concert in Charleston
The Elton John concert in Charleston was so incredible! The show was just jam-packed with all his hits, and it went on for a solid two and a half hours. The venue was super cozy, which really added to the whole vibe. But man, those ticket prices were way too expensive. It felt like I dropped way more cash than I should have for that concert. Taking the bus to the venue was convenient, but they definitely could have done a better job organizing the return trips to everyone's cars.
