I recently had to deal with a flight change with a major airline, and the new itinerary they provided was really inconvenient for my travel plans. So, I reached out to the customer service rep at the travel agency where I made my booking. Luckily, I got connected to this super helpful agent named Shahbaz Siddique. Shahbaz totally went above and beyond to help me find a new flight that worked better with my schedule. His professionalism and dedication to customer service really turned my experience around and I'm so thankful for his help. If it wasn't for Shahbaz, I would've been stuck waiting for over 5 hours for a connecting flight, but thanks to him, I got a new flight that fit my needs perfectly. I've dealt with Shahbaz before and his consistent level of care and assistance has definitely made him stand out at the company.
