Trip.com offers various travel services with an ease because they plan the trip quite smooth, customized and completely according to the consumer preferences. The cost-effective trip with premium quality services is thier speciality what I felt so far with them. It was great trip with my family. It was 7 day trip for Europe. I really found the best price here. it was not lowest. but lowest is not good so do not fall into that trap. these guys provide price for value.
Hotel room didnt have hot tub, spa or restaurant as advertised. It was a ... hotel room with a loud ac unit that woke me evey hour through the night. Paid plenty for it. Falsely advertised and little refund given for the inconvenience.
Cs reps didnt speak english well nor understand what a hot tub was.
Trip.com is happy to take your money when you are buying a ticket, but in case an airline cancels your flight and if you can’t pick an alternative date, Trip.com hides behind “airline policies” and the travel agent “can’t do anything about it”. Or, and that is my speculation, they just don’t want to do anything about it, as they would lose revenue. My flight with Emirates in July 2020 from Singapore to Munich was cancelled by the airline and all they offered me was US$ 138 of a US$ 953 ticket. My strong recommendation is to stay away from Trip.com and to buy flight tickets from the airlines directly.
Book a flight on tuesday night, got an alert next morning not even 12 hours later that flight price dropped. Called to see if they would make the price adjustment or provide a curiosity and they would not. ... they should catch up with others that have the auto price adjustments
This site STEALS your money. I made a ticket reservation on April that I couldn't use. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or get a new ticked issued and it has been IMPOSSIBLE. They keep saying that a new ticked will be issued in 3 days and nothing happens. DO NOT use this site They will steal your money ! Booking Nr 12302335894
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! All the good ratings are fake! Trust me, avoid this agency if you really want to have some peace of mind (ironically I got an email in the morning from Trip.com mentioning peace of mind Ha!). Most stressful experience ever. I would give zero stars.
So one of my flights of Turkish Airlines got cancelled in a round trip and the Trip.com app said I could cancel for free. However my all my 6 requests were cancelled saying that I can not get a full refund as it was the airlines policy. I reached out to the airlines 4 times, and each time the airlines confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund due to flight cancellation. But Trip.com is not honoring it and I believe it is not even reaching out to the airlines to clear this situation even though they say they do. Otherwise they would have helped me by now. Rather, they are asking me to get a proof from the airlines. The proof is all available over the Airlines website where they have clearly mentioned the suspended flights and that the suspended flight ticket can be returned for the total ticket price. So after 7 days and I don't how many calls (still counting), they still can't resolve my issue. If I can get an answer from the Airlines in less than 15-20 minutes each time, they should be able to too. I am just running around in circles here. Please don't trust the guidelines written on the website as well. They do not honor their own policies. There is no point boasting about 24/7 customer support if they are not able to help their customers and they just reiterate the same thing over and over again each time. There is no transparency and no basic (forget extra) efforts taken to help customers. I don't think it will last long with such a service. Don't be fooled by all the good ratings on Facebook as well. They show only the good ones there and not the genuine honest ones.
