Car rental booking
I rented a car from Auto Europe Car Rentals not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how they treated me. So here's the deal: Budget/Avis tried to charge me for a tablet that I never even got in the first place. I tried to sort it out with Budget/Avis, but they weren't having it and wouldn't give me my money back. But then Auto Europe swooped in, fought for me, and convinced Budget/Avis to cough up the cash. I couldn't believe how much they cared about helping me out and making sure I had a good experience. From now on, you can bet I'll be sticking with Auto Europe for all my car rental needs.

i made the plan with my wife and for that, we needed a car rental. Our friend suggested us to try this one as they are really good. Listening to the advice, we booked the car from here. the rent was quite good and it was not too much high for us. Also, the services were good, it was easy to book, everything was so clear and efficient. the booking was simple and hassle-free. we booked the car , and at the end of the day, we left it to the airport parking, and they took it. it was so smooth and we loved our experience from here
Rental car with 0 deductible in Europe
I had such a great time booking a rental car with no deductible in Europe through this company. Their website was super easy to use, making it a breeze to find the price with the zero deductible option. And the best part was, the pricing was way cheaper than if I had booked directly through the car rental company. It was a nice surprise! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and my previous booking with them also went smoothly. I now feel confident in booking through this company again in the future.
Rental reservation help
The guy at the car rental service, Leo, was amazing! We had a few bumps that slowed things down with my reservation, but Leo stayed cool, helpful, and kept me in the loop the whole time. He didn't get frustrated and checked in often to make sure everything got straightened out. His commitment to giving great customer service was really impressive and totally changed my experience for the better.
Efficient and Personalized Service
Shavon over at the car rental place really came through for me! I was having a tough time finding a rental that worked with my crazy schedule and tight budget, but Shavon really listened and hooked me up with exactly what I needed. He knew his stuff, got creative, and made sure everything went super smoothly for me. I've gotta say, I couldn't have hoped for better service!
Rental car reservation through a third-party agency
I just booked a car for a trip next year through a third-party agency. I haven't actually rented the car yet, but I can tell you about my experience so far. Booking the reservation went well, the people I talked to were really nice and helpful. But, because of Covid-19, I had to cancel my reservation. The folks at the booking agency handled the cancellation quickly and professionally.

No help no support. Arrived in Amsterdam from Seattle and my flight from Amsterdam to Krakow is conceal. Likely got on the next flight and arrived 4 hrs. later than schedule in Krakow.
Have a voucher for car from Alamo rent a car. No car, no support and no MONEY !!!!
