Highway Pegs
I bought a set of highway pegs from this company, but I wasn't too happy with how things went down. I placed my order for the pegs three days ago and found out they hadn't even been shipped yet, which was a letdown. I tried reaching out to customer service to get an update, but didn't hear back right away. I was really looking forward to using these pegs during bike week in Ohio, so it was really frustrating to deal with the lack of communication and the delay in processing my order.

Awesome products at good prices
The stuff I bought was actually pretty good quality and the prices were really fair. Delivery was fine, but when I ordered a bunch of stuff it all came in different packages at different times which was kind of annoying. Returns take forever and they don't even look at attachments, so you gotta be super detailed in your emails when you send stuff back. I've bought a lot of things from this place and I'll definitely check here first, especially when they have sales!

Mirrors for my UTV
I just bought a set of mirrors for my UTV from this company and I have to say, I am really happy with how good they are. The price was fair and the mirrors were made well, even better than I thought they'd be. They fit on my roll cage perfectly, just had to tweak them a little bit to make sure they were just right. But once they were all set up, they looked really pro and I'm really happy with what I got. I'll definitely think about getting more stuff from Kemimoto for my UTV in the future.

Only drawback, could use a wider range of motion and need one reversed for passenger side. I'd buy one for passenger side right now if available.

Cargo Box 73 quart for Polariz RXR
I ordered the part on May 20th. I did not get the part until the first week of June, about the 5th or 6th. It was the wrong box. I tried to contact them my e-mail, and got no response. I tried to call them, and got no response. They finally picked up the phone about three days later. They would answer chat about 6 hours late. They balked at sending me a shipping label. I finally shipped it back to them in California, and they received the box June 16, 2023. It is July 21, 2023. NO REFUND of my $299.99. If you want wrong parts, stonewalling, no communication, and fraud : use KEMIMOTO. This has to come from HONG KONG> go to your dealer for equipment. Forget this fraud.

Did order a tool box. Got the box but it was locked and got no keys and no accessories so it was usless. Dispute failed because ali express are on thier side.
Even post office told me that they are scamming me if they don't belive in my proof i got.

This company is in Hong Kong! Ordered a front camera. They didn’t ship out for 5 days and now it can take up to 25 days to arrive! Total BS. Don’t order from this company unless your ready to collect dust waiting on the part to arrive.

Polaris door bags woth kne pad
Very disappointed with ther bags. They are advertised as water proof and they are not. Also tje zippers still constantly.
I purchased a forward controls kit that had been evaluated and checked for fitment by you on ebay.
Everything looked good and was all there but when I went to install everything, the threads on The break adjustment rod and the brake pedal were unusable.

Wiper motor
I ordered 2 sets of wiper motor assemblies weeks ago. I have sent numerous emails and called several times with no response..... order status stares unfilled? They deducted the funds from my account but never confirmed,shipped or commented on my purchase. Seems shady to me. Looking for a shipment date or arrival date.
Adjustable Break Away UTV Side mirrors for Polaris Ranger
Purchased a set of the referenced mirrors from the Kemimoto website. Wish I could say more, but I never received them and cannot get a response from them via email or telephone after several attempts trying both. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Do yourself a favor and pay more somewhere else. At least you will get something for your money.
