Not thrilled, but I'm keeping the order. They sent a feedback link before anything left the warehouse and I waited five days in processing. After a message they finally moved it and gave an update. Wish they'd be quicker, but at least I'm no longer cancelling.
Didn't expect much
I half-expected to be returning this — worried the platinum platform wouldn't be worth the extra cash and fit would be off. But it landed, fits great, EDC feels way better than my old OWB. Loving that it's made in the USA, glad I bought it.
The moment I knew
I finally knew I’d made a good pick that first afternoon I wore their OWB holster all around town — walking the dog, grabbing coffee, then a quick errand — it stayed put, felt solid and didn’t pinch. I stumbled a bit finding my exact Glock 19 Gen5 MOS on the site (mobile was clunky), so that part annoyed me. But once it arrived the fit and finish sold me. I use it every day for range trips and carry practice; expect the IWB I just ordered to be just as reliable.
