Moderate experience with Island Supplements
I recently placed an order with Island Supplements and overall, I had a pretty positive experience. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find everything I was looking for pretty quickly. The prices were competitive and the selection was good.
The order process itself was smooth and straightforward. I received a confirmation email right away and my order shipped the next day. It arrived within the estimated delivery window and was well packaged.
One thing I did have an issue with was the customer service. I had a question about one of the products I ordered and when I tried to get in touch with the company, it took a few tries before I was finally able to speak to someone. They were helpful once I did get through, but the wait was a bit frustrating.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase from Island Supplements. The products were as described and arrived in good condition. While the customer service could use some improvement, it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I would consider shopping with them again in the future.Protein Powder and Pre-Workout purchase
I just bought some protein powder and pre-workout supplements online from this store. They have a great selection of supplements, so it was easy to find what I needed. Their prices aren't always the cheapest, but I like that they offer coupons for discounts. Their customer service is really awesome too. I had some questions about my order, and the person I talked to was friendly and knew their stuff. They definitely care about their customers and give excellent service.
Supplements and vitamins
I had really hoped to have a good experience with Island Supplements, but unfortunately, I ran into a bunch of issues with my orders. Twice I had big problems that made me decide not to buy from them again. The first time, my package never got sent out because it got messed up either by the post office or the company. They did send me a replacement, but it took a whole week to get here even though I paid for 3-day delivery. The second time was even worse - their website let me order something that they didn't actually have in stock. Then, on the day my package was supposed to arrive, I got a notice from the postal service saying I needed to pay an extra $1.20 for postage. I paid it, but then found out one of the items I ordered was missing. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered me store credit as a fix, which was pretty disappointing given everything that had happened. All in all, my experiences were not good at all, so I'll be searching for a more reliable supplement provider going forward.
