this bike turned out to be a solid buy. I first saw it after a friend tipped me off and then I tried one at a little shop. It’s got 20x4 fat tires and dual suspension, so it rides steady. The bench-style seat is actually comfy. Seven-speed Shimano gears and hydraulic brakes work fine. Big LED headlight up front and a rear brake light make it practical. I hit about 30–31 mph on flat ground, depending on weight and wind. I’ve had it three months and people notice it. Customer support answered my emails fast, which was a relief. Not perfect, but good value overall. If you need a commuter or a fun cruiser, I’m glad I bought it.
Relief after a rough start
uh-oh — the motor housing looked busted. I contacted the company and they admitted the motor core was damaged, then sent a replacement part plus a short clip of someone unscrewing and swapping it. That video helped a little but it wasn’t step-by-step, and I kept asking for clearer instructions because I’m no mechanic. I did feel oddly relieved the day the part arrived — that’s the moment I thought maybe this would be okay — but there was no partial refund and my son missed the gift for over a month. Overall mixed, honestly.
Kinda pleased, kinda meh
the website was a pain to use, I worried about legal stuff in Europe, and I wasn't sure if it really handled trails like they claimed. Fast forward a bit: yeah, some doubts vanished, some didn't. The bike itself is fun to ride for relaxed cruising — that part delivered. If you imagine ripping through rough trails, though, rethink that. The suspension feels pretty stiff and not very forgiving, and the front-wheel motor can make the front lift a bit when you launch from a stop, so I learned to keep it off until I'm already moving at around 15 km/h. Kind of annoying but manageable once you know it. Battery life is about what others say: roughly 20–30 km if you're doing 35–45 km/h and weigh around 80–90 kg; pedal assist will help extend that. Customer service? Mixed bag. If you write a review they reply faster than the site lets you log in — odd, right? They do send parts and instructional videos, which is helpful, but they don't include proper tools and a lot of the fixes are easier if you know what you're doing. I'm okay turning a wrench, but an average person might need a shop visit. Biggest practical snag: no COC certificate, so it's not legally road-usable in many parts of Europe — that should be clear in the listing. Overall: enjoyable for relaxed rides, a few design and setup annoyances, and some misleading marketing about off-roading. Still glad I bought it, mostly, though I wish a couple things were different.
