Don't expect it to arrive on time — I would honestly shop somewhere else if you need it for a deadline. I first spotted this fold-up Bluetooth keyboard on a gadget group and a friend actually suggested it, so I ordered it as a last-minute present. It looked neat in the pictures and when my friend showed me hers it seemed fine, so I figured expedited shipping would sort it. Ordered early December, the tracking last showed the parcel at a local depot mid-December and then radio silence. I’ve emailed the seller a couple times, no useful reply, and today I got an automated request for feedback saying they fulfilled the order a month ago — which, uh, I haven’t received. I’ll give it one more week, then I’ll open a chargeback if nothing happens; with a clear paper trail that’s usually the fastest fix. The keyboard itself seemed decent from what I saw — not perfect, a bit plasticky perhaps — but the problem here is delivery and communication.
Late box, wrong shade, but they came through
I watched the mailbox like it was a TV show. I ordered the case the week I got a new phone because I wanted something simple and protective. Shipment showed no real updates and arrived well after the promised window, and to top it off the color was wrong — classic facepalm moment. I emailed support a few times and at first heard nothing, which made me pretty skeptical. Then, finally, someone replied, apologized, and offered a replacement or refund. They shipped the right color quickly after that. The case itself isn’t flashy. Feels solid enough. Not premium, but not junk either. So, delivery and the first response were a mess. Customer service redeemed things in the end. I’d order again if I had patience to chase them a bit.

the product itself was as described. I just wish they'd handle cancellations better.
