I decided to splurge on an expensive case and settled on Supcase. Very much regret it. The cases were costly and the Unicorn Beetle series seemed to have a lot of good reviews. So I put in the order.
Was disappointed to see that I was shipped another size of case than the one I originally ordered. Tried chatting with support but they were adamant there was no mistakes and absolutely No Refunds (for this specific item, I suppose?). Support really shut me down right away despite it being their issue. They seemed to be framing it as ME ordering the wrong size, despite my original order showing the correct one.
I'm not even going to bother ordering a replacement from their site. After them framing me for their mistakes and essentially stealing 40$, I've got half a mind to dispute the charge with my bank. Would not consider buying from here again after the way support was.Attempted to buy case for a Pixel 9 Pro XL
I attempted to buy a Supcase for a Pixel 9 Pro XL. Received a case a month later for a Pixel 9 Pro, which did not fit. i sent it back three days later. A month goes by and I accidently threw away my shipping receipt with a tracking number. I am not looking for a refund only a case that fits my phone, They refuse to provide me a replacement case without a tracking number. I would not order from them ever again.
Phone case
I reached out to ask about getting a phone case in my area, but never got a response. Bummer, right? Instead, I started getting emails about promotions that didn't have anything to do with my initial question. It was frustrating to feel like my needs weren't being heard or valued. Here's to hoping for better customer service with faster responses and more attention to what customers actually need.
Monthly subscription scam
I got scammed by this company that tricks you into thinking it's a one-time purchase, but then traps you in a monthly subscription without telling you. The fine print in the terms and conditions is a dirty move that leaves you feeling cheated and mad. And when I tried to contact customer service for answers and proof of my order, they got all defensive and ignored me. This company is really shady and doesn't take responsibility for anything, which is super disappointing. Lots of people are unhappy because of them, so my advice is to steer clear of their website to avoid the same headache.
Watch strap purchase
I bought a watch strap from this company, but it ended up breaking not long after. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help, but they said it was past the 1-year warranty. The support team wasn't very helpful or willing to do anything, even though the product was obviously not good quality. It's a bummer that this company cares more about their warranty rules than making sure their customers are happy.
Expensive phone case
I bought this super expensive phone case, but when I had a problem and tried to get some help, the customer support wouldn't even talk to me! It felt like they didn't care one bit once they got my money. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here if you're looking for any kind of support.
Supcase samsung s10e
This a lovely protective case cover however the very hard outer case clip broke when I tried to put cover on the phone after only using it a few times, if the hard case was made of soft rubber it would be perfect, not the hard plastic casing.
