I first saw this when my assistant forwarded an online demo and a buddy in sales said "give it a shot," so we signed up to handle our big influx of calls. The idea — AI voice calls to take some of the load — sounded great and honestly, the product itself, when it runs, feels solid. The dashboard is tidy, call routing is OK, and some features are actually helpful. But getting there has been a headache. Our main rep kept saying he'd add the AI feature, same line three times over months, then on the fourth time told us it was added when it wasn't. Then they make you apply and send all kinds of paperwork, phone carrier bills, last statements, signed docs, the whole song and dance — 2 to 4 weeks they say. It's annoying, and I don't like feeling lied to. I can see the value if they stop the runaround and fix communication. Right now I'm frustrated, but a little hopeful they'd turn it around. Still, buyer beware and double-check what they actually install.
Smooth start, rough edges
setup was fast and clean. The trade copy worked fine at first. Then there were hiccups - a trader I followed seemed to misreport some trades and couldn't close a big losing position. Frustrating, yeah, but customer support actually stepped in. They looked into the complaints and removed the bad actor. Delivery of updates and fixes was quicker than I expected.
