I opened the box the day after it arrived and tried everything on. Sizes ran small, tags still on, so I couldn't keep them. Customer service was brusque about the 30‑day rule but, to their credit, they answered fast. Delivery was actually on time, which was the one nice surprise.
Strange refund runaround
Funny thing — they actually received the dress back, and that's the only somewhat good part. I've been pinging Cabana and Amazon Pay since July 2023 about a refund, and it's like talking in circles, payments routed weirdly, debit card charged, nobody takes responsibility. I’m glad the return was scanned at least, but I still don't have my money. Feels careless, not a great look compared to other stores I've used.
Still waiting on my refund
In short, I wouldn't order again — I'm still waiting on a refund for two dresses I sent back. I returned them right away, and after two weeks there's nothing on my card. Calls go unanswered, emails feel ignored, so I'm already planning to ask my bank to reverse it. Other shops handled returns way faster for me, so this was disappointing even if the clothes themselves were fine.
Too long but not useless
I grabbed this for my friend’s wedding last minute — I'm 5'2" and kinda paranoid because my lower back hates heels and long hems. The fabric actually felt nice and comfy, but the dress was way too long (models must be giants). No lengths listed, which annoyed me. Returned it and they deducted part of my refund, which felt sketchy at first. After a quick chat with support I wasn't thrilled but OK with the outcome.
Refund finally cleared
I actually stumbled on their site from a Facebook ad and told my brother about it because the price looked good. At first it was annoying — I sent maybe twenty-five emails about a return, waited two weeks with no reply, and was given a $103 store credit. I pushed back, called again, and finally they processed a refund to my card. When the charge cleared, I knew it was resolved. Still, it shouldn't have taken so long. I mentioned the ordeal to a friend later; I'm satisfied now, but cautious about ordering again. I might tell one more person if they improve response times.
Worth it, despite the return hassle
I'm super happy with the gear — fits great and the quality is solid. I did have to return two items and the whole customer service thing was a real pain at first: calls went unanswered and I left a bunch of messages. After some persistence and a couple follow-ups someone finally responded and sorted the refund/exchange, so I'm relieved. Tip: hang on to your order info and be ready to follow up. I'd buy again, just expect a little patience.
Soft fabric, annoying sleeve pill
I slipped it on for a Saturday brunch and liked it right away. The fabric is soft and has a nice weight, and the mesh sleeves actually look airy and delicate. I’d bought a few rompers from them before, so I trusted the fit. After two wears and one wash the mesh started to pill, which was annoying. I called customer service and, shockingly, someone picked up. Cameron asked for a photo, I sent it, and she agreed to replace the dress. No long holds, no being passed around. I’m relieved and will keep buying, but the mesh could be sturdier.
Worth it despite the hassle
pay to return, place a new order, email proof, wait for multiple confirmations. It wasn't smooth and I had to keep following up, but eventually they refunded the shipping and the difference after they received the return. Kind of annoying, but the clothes and final outcome won me over.
