I needed plain matching shirts for the people helping me move — I’ve got a bad back so being able to spot helpers fast mattered. I ordered a batch and later noticed I’d picked a different design for one shirt. I figured it’d slip through, but they actually called to double-check. That call is the moment I stopped worrying — they fixed it before printing. Shirts arrived quickly, decent weight, one seam a little off but nothing major. Dry, no-frills process, but it worked and I was relieved.
Numbers mismatch, support silent
the jersey I got is usable but the team that’s supposed to check orders is MIA. I ordered with 57 on front/back but somehow 58 ended up on the shoulders — probably my typo or theirs. No one reached out to confirm, which annoyed me since I wear this for weekend pickup. Works, not perfect.
Moment of relief, mixed results
the shipment showed up day early and boxes were neat. Ordering was simple. The site had clear photos and the cart worked fine. Customer contact was polite, though at times communication lagged because of a language gap. That calm didn’t last. Once we unpacked and inspected the kits, the fabric felt heavy and damp, it traps sweat instead of wicking. A lot of pieces had patches where the dye hadn’t taken. We’ve bought uniforms from other vendors before and expected better. So yes pleased with the process, not with the end product.
