I came across Seymour Direct on a vendor list and wasn't convinced at first — sounded like the usual. I gave them a shot though and tipped a colleague to try them too. The thing that stuck was how fast Mario handled our PCI compliance, really cut the usual back-and-forth. Phone support was straightforward, not pushy, and the card rates were fair. Didn't wow me, but did what they promised.
Low-key solid experience
they included a plain care card and a fabric swatch—unusual but useful. I'll shop again, probably, and recommend them to others.
Nice find, cautiously optimistic
