I was half convinced it’d be more fuss than it’s worth after the delivery mess. Then I tried the set and knew I’d keep them. Super soft, really comfy, exactly what I expected. I already own another pair, so this felt like a safe buy. Delivery, though, was a disaster — Evri dumped it at the wrong address again and refused compensation because I wasn’t the account holder. I had to track it down myself, wasted time. Seymours were polite but no clear outcome. Product wins; process needs fixing.
Delayed, refund finally started
Funny thing, I expected delays but this was different. After about a month and three emails (one felt like an automated message claiming my single item reached their warehouse and would ship next day — which, for international delivery, is nonsense), I pushed for a refund and they finally said they'd start it. Support was slow and flat; delivery failed. I've had quicker service elsewhere.
Quick and practical
I came across Seymour Direct on a vendor list and wasn't convinced at first — sounded like the usual. I gave them a shot though and tipped a colleague to try them too. The thing that stuck was how fast Mario handled our PCI compliance, really cut the usual back-and-forth. Phone support was straightforward, not pushy, and the card rates were fair. Didn't wow me, but did what they promised.
Low-key solid experience

Nice find, cautiously optimistic

Expected delivery was three days but they upgraded it to next-day shipping, which was a nice surprise. The cover arrived in perfect condition. I'm satisfied and will check them first next time, though I'll still compare prices.
