I opened the mailbox with coffee in hand and kind of braced myself — I’d been on the fence about ordering vintage-looking wedding bands online, worried about quality and how they'd be shipped. Turns out my worries about packaging were right. The three rings were sent in a thin padded mailer that someone easily opened, resealed, and walked off with. When the package finally arrived a week late, the only thing left was the free silicone ring they toss in. Yeah, the silicone band is fine — I actually wear it at the gym and when I'm working outside — but that's not what I paid for. I emailed the seller right away with photos, told them what happened, and they basically shrugged. "Talk to your mail carrier" was their advice, and they wouldn't clearly say if they’d file a claim or if I should. They kept insisting the post office would mark resealed packages, but whoever took these didn't bother. So my doubts before buying? They didn’t disappear, they were confirmed. Mildly useful freebie, zero accountability from customer service, and now I'm out rings. If you care about safe shipping and a seller who actually helps when things go wrong, be careful here.
Wedding ring mess, slow replies, fast shipping (weird)
it wasn’t the ring we wanted. It looks cheap, not like the original Atlas at all. The finish and feel made me doubt build quality — seams, uneven edges, stuff you’d expect from a low-cost piece. Also, a quick search shows their fulfillment seems based out of a small warehouse in Florida, not a proper in-house workshop, which made me uncomfortable. Long story short: slow and confusing customer service, okay delivery speed, poor product quality. I wish I’d spent the money elsewhere.
Damascus Steel Tomahawk
Bought 3 of the Damascus Steel Tomahawks. Ordered on Sunday 19-Sep-21 and they arrived Friday 24-Sep-21. Fast shipping and packaged securely. These are just as advertised. Great looking and the craftsmanship appears very good quality. Axes came oiled and sealed with plastic, Damascus steel looks amazing, Axe handle and Sheath are cool and of high quality. I would definitely buy from Vintage Gentlemen again.
Serenity Prayer Mens Pendant & Wax Seal Cross Pendant
I placed an order for the pendants. One arrived weeks later. The other NEVER arrived. Customer Service was absolutely no help and blamed the independent artist and the mail and suggested I contact them. Tracking was obsolete . Im just thankful I did not invest what I originally wanted to in some of the other pendants! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE!!!
Damascus knife set
Ordered a knife set however all the knives were blunt and unusable. Not a great feature for a set of kitchen knives. I had to get them all sharpened, paying extra to get them into a useable state. No response from their customer service, terrible experience, terrible service and terrible quality controls. Such a shame, as the knives are actually quite good, after I paid extra to sort them out.
