Halfway through opening the box I actually laughed—because the cookie in the photo looked like it was buried in Reese's pieces, but the real cookie had maybe four or five stuck on top. I ordered it as a comfort pick-me-up after a brutal move and my lower back was screaming, so I was already suspicious. Delivery was fast and the packaging looked great, which made the letdown worse at first. The cookie itself? Properly yummy, soft and peanut-buttery. I messaged customer service and they were surprisingly nice—offered a partial refund and a coupon, no fuss. So yeah, photos are misleading, but taste and service redeemed it for me, and I'm kinda okay with that.
