I have been a loyal client of Baked by Melissa for several years now, and I have always been impressed with the quality and taste of their products. The bite-size cupcakes are absolutely delicious and always leave me wanting more. Their wide variety of flavors is also a plus, as there is something for everyone.
One of my favorite things about Baked by Melissa is their online ordering process. It is extremely easy to navigate and I love that I can customize my order to my liking. They also offer a subscription service, which is perfect for those who want to enjoy a sweet treat on a regular basis.

The cupcakes I got were so good! They looked amazing and tasted even better. They had a bunch of different flavors, and each bite was like a flavor explosion. But there was a little hiccup with the delivery. FedEx accidentally dropped it off at the wrong place, and I couldn't track it down. I tried to get help from the seller, but they took a while to respond. I was starting to worry about where my order was. Luckily, the person who got it by mistake brought it to me in time. The cupcakes were still nice and fresh when I finally got them.
Christmas cupcakes order
The ordering process went smoothly, but we ran into trouble when the cupcakes were sent to the wrong address at first, which really threw us off. Even though they said they would send a new batch, it didn't come when expected and we ended up empty-handed for our staff's Christmas presents. The customer service wasn't much help and they kept telling us the delivery would be soon, even though it wasn't. It's just really disappointing how poorly our order was handled, and now we missed out on our holiday goodies. All in all, it was a super frustrating experience.
Mini macarons in a happy birthday box
I just bought some goodies from this bakery, thinking I was getting 25 mini cupcakes. But surprise, surprise - I got 25 mini macarons in a cute happy birthday box instead. Turns out, I accidentally tacked on macarons to my order for an extra $18, which was not my plan at all. The whole order cost me $80.00, which seemed way too pricey for what I got. I'll definitely be double-checking my orders from now on to prevent any mix-ups and save some cash.
Gluten-free cupcakes
The gluten-free cupcakes my daughter got me for my birthday were kind of a letdown. They were really cute to look at, but when it came to the taste, they just didn't hit the mark. The cupcakes seemed like they were made with gluten-free batter that was pretty bland, and the toppings were just way too sweet for my taste. I ended up taking off the toppings because they were just too sugary for me. But hey, on the bright side, the packaging was colorful and durable, and they even included an ice pack to keep everything fresh.
