I recently bought a $130 food package from an online gourmet store and ran into some problems with my order. One item was missing, and even after contacting customer service several times via email and phone, they couldn't fix the issue. The customer service team was no help at all, which left me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied with the whole thing. The food was alright, but it didn't live up to the fancy pictures and descriptions on the website. I think the products are too expensive and not really worth it. I suggest going with local businesses instead of buying from this online store.
Full fresh foie gras.
I was really let down by the foie gras I bought recently. I usually love this company's duck products, but the foie gras was a letdown. The foie gras itself was alright, but there was way too much fat that came out during cooking. I paid $149, so I expected better. There was hardly any actual foie gras left after cooking, so we barely had enough for four people.
Foie gras aux torchon and Frozen Tuna
As a chef, I was really disappointed with the foie gras I ordered. It wasn't the quality I was expecting at all - more like duck mousse than real foie gras. I bought two, but only used one and had to freeze the other. Also got defrosted Frozen Tuna, which was a letdown. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested refreezing it, which didn't make sense to me. The quality of their products has definitely gone downhill over the years. I won't be buying from them again. Don't fall for their claims - their products don't deliver.
Pork milanese chops, bacon, and duck fat
I had a great shopping experience with D'Artagnan! Their meats are top-notch and I love that they use eco-friendly packaging. Christmas spiral sliced ham
I got the spiral sliced ham as a Christmas gift for my hardworking daughter, who is a rural mail carrier and really hustles every day except Christmas. She was so happy with the ham, said it came in great shape and was the best ham her family has ever had. It not only made her Christmas dinner easier to cook, but she had enough left over to give some to each of her three daughters for breakfast the next day. She even used the hambone and extra ham chunks to whip up her famous split pea soup for the weekend. I'm super satisfied with my purchase and will definitely order from here again for upcoming family gatherings.

High quality animal food, the best so far!
It has been few weeks since when I am regularly ordering meat from this great place D'Artagnan and it has always been of great quality and reasonable prices (for game meat anyway). They also ship overnight in an ice-packed cooler to ensure freshness. I've only had one issue with a shipment and the customer support team rectified the situation immediately; way above and beyond my expectations too. I would highly recommend them for meat and game orders. Their delivery services are also right on the point. I have already suggested a lot of my friends about it.. They are healthier and tastier as compared to other platforms.
