Tiny surprise success
I was halfway wrapping other gifts when I grabbed these socks for my fiancé’s wedding surprise — and they actually felt better than I expected. The fabric is soft but kind of thick, like it’ll hold up, and the custom initials looked sharp (not smudged or cheap). He slipped them on and kept saying how comfy they were, which made me laugh. Ordering went smoothly, and I did have one quick sizing question — customer support replied within a day and helped tweak it. Shipping was a tad slower than promised, but honestly the whole thing felt worth it. After bad experiences with other custom shops, this was a nice, solid one.
Not sold at first

Late-night find turned into a headache, then okay
I first saw this place on Instagram and, on a whim, told my sister about the cute personalized gift. At first I was pretty skeptical — the order came back as “insufficient address” even though it was my usual address. Three months of emails followed. They kept giving different reasons and sometimes just didn’t reply. That part was annoying. Then they said the return arrived and wanted another $7.99 to resend or they’d toss it. I was ready to call it a scam and even started a bank dispute. After I filed, customer service finally picked up properly, apologized, and issued a refund without more fuss. So uh, messy delivery and slow service at first, but in the end they made it right. I’d say beware and double-check addresses, and be persistent if something goes wrong.
Too many follow-ups, not much help
one asking me to respond or they’d hold the order, and the other saying they get my side but I still owe a restocking fee. Emails, calls and texts. It felt like pressure, honestly bordering on harassment. The fee was supposedly reduced later, but that didn't make the constant contact any better. I expected a single follow-up and a clear resolution. Instead I got persistence and little help. I'm frustrated and tired of chasing them for something that should've been simple.
A unicorn-shaped pillow
I ordered this really adorable unicorn pillow back on March 6th and I was so pumped for it to arrive! But, when it finally showed up on March 25th, it was delivered to the wrong place. I tried reaching out to both the company and the delivery service, but I never heard back... no refund, no pillow, no explanation. Man, I was super bummed and annoyed about the whole thing. Definitely not gonna be ordering from them again, that's for sure!
High quality product and excellent customer service
I just bought something really awesome from Gift Lab and let me tell ya, their customer service was top-notch! Everything from ordering to getting it delivered was super easy, and they even rushed it for me in time for an event I had coming up. Personalized wooden bear family
I ordered a personalized wooden bear family with our names on it but they forgot the "t" letters in the names. I then requested a replacement, but the new one they sent had the same mistake. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, I was able to get a refund.
Late delivery of gift order
The customer service of this company is terrible. They totally ignored my questions, and my gift order came three weeks late, so I had to send it back right away. It's not okay to treat customers like that.
Christmas gift
In general, I thought the product and prices were good. But man, the shipping was a real letdown. I ordered the stuff in December 2023, but didn't get it until February. When I reached out to ask about my order, they told me it got lost. They did send me another one right away, so I got it pretty quickly. It was a bummer that the Christmas present was late, but at least they fixed it quickly.
Custom wallet and bracelet for Fathers Day
Oh my gosh, I found the coolest customized wallet and bracelet for my dad for Father's Day, and he totally loved it! He was almost in tears because he loved it so much! I showed it to my friends and now two of them have already bought from this website. I'm definitely going to recommend it to everyone!
Last-minute holiday gift
I had a last-minute holiday gift crisis and thought about ordering from this company. I was really impressed with how fast they took care of a problem I had with my order. But, even though I ordered it right at the beginning of December, I still haven't gotten my item yet. The customer service was awesome, but I'm bummed that my gift didn't get here in time for the holidays. I'm crossing my fingers that it'll show up before the year is over.

Bobble head purchase
I absolutely adored the bobble head I received from Gift Lab! It turned out exactly like the picture I sent them, and they even sent me a proof of the head pretty fast. I was so thrilled with how everything turned out, even better than I expected. I decided to ignore the negative reviews I came across and took a chance with them, and I'm really happy I did! The only downside was that my order arrived a bit late with the VIP shipping, but the customer service representative I spoke with handled it very professionally. All in all, I would definitely order from Gift Lab again down the road.
Personalized photo block purchase
I just got a personalized photo block from this store, and I'm pretty bummed out about it. I thought the customization option would let me edit the design how I wanted, but it's actually really frustrating to use. It's not easy to explain what you want, let alone actually make any changes to the design.
