I've been buying my electronic cigarette stuff from this site for a minute, and I gotta say, their service is top-notch. The shipping is always right on time, and whenever I needed to cancel an order, they processed my refund super quick. The prices are good, and I like that everything I've gotten from them is the real deal. I've been burned before by other Chinese sites selling knockoffs, but Cigabuy always comes through with the genuine stuff. I've been getting vape stuff from this online store for a few months and man, it's great! They've got some killer prices and the EU express zone has tons of awesome mods and tanks to choose from. And they're always throwing special deals on tanks and mods plus they have this cool point system. It's like a vaper's dream! Overall, it's a top-notch online shop. Mod starter kit with 2 tanks and accessories
I just got myself a mod starter kit with 2 tanks and some extra stuff from this website. There was a little hiccup because one of the pre-order items I was waiting for didn't come with my order, even though I made sure to select the option to hold my shipment until it was all in stock. When I ordered, they said the pre-order item would be ready in 14 days, but it actually took 3 whole months to get everything. I chose airmail for shipping, so I expected some delay, but waiting that long was pretty annoying.
Even though things were slow, I don't think it was a scam, just seemed a little unorganized. The customer service helped me out and fixed the issue with my missing item, so that was a plus.First-time purchase, Pulse AIO kit
The first time I ordered from this company, it was a good experience. Even though it was during Christmas, my package arrived from China in just 8 days. I got the Pulse AIO kit for a great price of £42, and I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. The only bummer was that they didn't have the AIO accessories, or else I would've ordered more right away.

I've ordered from there so many times and I've never had any issues - they are amazing! It usually takes about a week for my deliveries to arrive, but I don't mind. The prices are great, so I can't really complain. It's definitely my go-to place for online shopping!

E-Cigarette Starter Kit
I just bought an e-cigarette starter kit from an online shop. Ordering it was easy peasy, and I got an email right away confirming my purchase. But then, when I tried to log into my account to check on my order, I hit a snag. Even after trying to reset my password, I still couldn't get in. It was super annoying because I really wanted to keep tabs on when my package would arrive. If anybody has been in the same boat or knows how to fix this, I'd love to hear your advice.
