Overall I'm happy — I was suspicious at first because they charged me for shipping and then UPS sent a second fee. I needed the item for a move and had past shipping nightmares, so I was tense. In the end it arrived and support helped sort it.
Quick surprise
Halfway through unwrapping the shipment I laughed — I’d ordered a Christmas puzzle for my parents on November 17 and it showed up November 22. I started checking the box as soon as it arrived; it’s still plastic-wrapped so I couldn’t inspect the print yet, but the delivery speed from overseas made me confident this would work out. I used it for a fit check and felt relieved.
Mixed feelings after checkout

Kid recognized himself — that did it
I first noticed this at a weekend visit to my sister's house. My 3-year-old cousin put the 100-piece together (no box photo) and suddenly shouted "it's me" — so unexpected and honestly kind of awesome. Pieces fit well, nothing bent, no missing bits. I told my sister to get one for her kid too, and I'm glad it held up and it was cheap enough.
Nice look, odd odor

I emailed to cancel and explained why, and they still charged my card and shipped the box. When I pushed back their replies were slow and their line was basically "can't refund, it already shipped." Except UPS tracking said the package was still at their facility and hadn’t been picked up. It felt like they shrugged and moved on, which is the real bummer. On the odd plus side, once it arrived the puzzle quality was actually pretty good — pieces fit tight and the picture looked sharp, which honestly surprised me. So yeah, product fine, company process not. Would be careful ordering again.
That box moment
I didn't realize it shipped from Germany until after it arrived, so if I'd known sooner I might've hesitated. This company is a total mess to work with. I sent in a photo for editing and they returned it to me with a person cut off. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn't take any blame and didn't offer any solutions. They didn't even bother to show me a proof before sending the final product. It's like take it or leave it - if you're not happy, too bad. I wasted $300 because of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
Toy puzzle purchase
I ordered a toy puzzle from this online store and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The quality was really bad, and to top it off, they surprised me with high shipping fees since they're based in another country. I suggest sticking to local stores and avoiding these guys. I recently bought a custom puzzle and it was a total letdown. Ordering was a pain and the image was hard to check because it was so small. When the puzzle showed up, I was so bummed because a bunch of heads were chopped off in the pictures. I reached out to customer service, but they took forever to get back to me and their answers were pretty rude, making it seem like the problem was my fault. Picture puzzle for wife, X-large size
I got my wife this huge picture puzzle for Christmas, and she was so thrilled with it. It had 12 different photos of our kids and grandkids all put together, and the picture quality was even better than I expected. I made sure to use high-quality photos and did some editing before making the puzzle, which worked out really well. The cardboard and cutting of the puzzle pieces were also really well done. The bigger size of the puzzle made it easier for us to see all the little details in each photo since they didn't have to be shrunk down. The website was super easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake.
