Electronics and computer peripherals
My experience with this retailer was pretty good. They have a big warehouse up north in Atlanta with a retail showroom where you can walk in and check out all kinds of electronics and computer stuff. They have some good deals on computers, printers, and other electronics that they're trying to get rid of, but I'd suggest checking out prices at other online stores to make sure you're getting the best deal. The staff was nice and helped me find what I was looking for, but I did notice that some of their close-out prices weren't as good as what other stores were offering for newer versions.
Refurbished computer purchase
I just got a refurbished computer from TigerDirect and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how everything went down. The computer showed up just like they said it would and when I ran into some trouble with the software, TigerDirect hooked me up with the vendor who sorted out the issue with Windows 10 super quick. Shoutout to both TigerDirect and JoySystems for the speedy response. The only bummer was that the actual disc took forever to get here thanks to the slowpoke US Postal Service - nearly 2 weeks, yikes! Despite that, I'd definitely think about giving TigerDirect another shot down the line.
Refurbished computer
Oh my goodness, I just got this really awesome refurbished computer and it's seriously like it's brand spanking new! It’s an HP with an i5 processor and SSD hard drive, so it runs super fast. The outside looks great and it's really quiet. Plus, it starts up so quickly! And bonus, it even came with a fresh keyboard and mouse. I did have to find a different cable for HDMI, but no big deal. The setup process was a little frustrating, but totally worth it in the end. I would definitely buy another computer from this company!
Customer Assistance Experience
I gotta say, I was so lucky to work with this amazing customer service rep who really knew their stuff and was super patient with me. They took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed without pushing me to buy anything. I'm so grateful for their expertise and passion for giving top-notch service. After this awesome experience, I'm definitely planning to buy a computer and maybe some other stuff from your site. And you better believe I'll be telling my friends about how great this employee was.
Multiple computers over the years
I've been shopping at this store for years and have bought both new and refurbished computers. Even when there was a backorder problem around the holidays, the customer service was on it and got it all sorted out quickly. I ended up canceling the computer that was on backorder and got a different one with no trouble at all.
2 UPS
Date: 04-06-2022 until 06-10-2022
Issue: I'll make this as simple as possible. We ordered 2 UPS in 2 different orders on 04-06-2022 that showed as "In Stock."
We were given a delivery date in April around the 15th. Order did not come. Contacted cs by phone.
New delivery date on 05-29-2022. Order did not come. Contacted cs by phone - given new delivery date - I asked if this date was absolute and ironclad - they assured me it was.
New delivery date on 06-10-2022. Today is the 10th. I called support and asked them if this order is still going to arrive today - our clients who have been waiting for over 2 months. They said no. New date, the 14th. I said give me a manager. They said they'll call you back. I said no, I'll hold...1 hour and 20 minutes, nothing. Still no call from a manager.
This is the worst customer service and the worst management of a company of this scale I have seen. We will never do business with TD again. I requested a refund for my client. I have no expectation they will actually do it. They have openly lied each step of this process. I have no faith in this company and I hope this dissuades others from ever doing business here again.Superb deal
I purchased the lexmark printer few days back and got the delivery . it's REALLY GOOD! work like magic and deals are so good. It helped a lot in saving money
I purchased a refurbished PC with 16GB RAM, i-5 CPU and an SSD as the main drive. In just a few days after receiving the unit, the SSD failed. It was a Kingfast made in China, a brand I'd never heard of. AST, a 3rd party source sent me a replacement which also failed in less than a month. And now because that one got lost in the mail to them, they won't sent me a replacement. Two other staff are in the loop about my frustrating situation, but have done nothing except issue weak reassurances. I even offered to pay for the new SSD, to get my desktop working again.
