    I’m not ordering from this company again — and that’s after a long, slow tug-of-war to get my money back. I’ll say up front why: the aftermarket toner I bought leaked, ruined prints, started to cake up inside the printer, and then customer support gave me the runaround and only a partial refund until my bank stepped in. Okay, so now the story. I’ve got an HP laser at home that I use for a mix of work stuff and random household printouts — invoices, recipes, the occasional coloring sheet for the kid — so reliability matters. I figured, why not try cheaper, non-OEM cartridges? First time I ever did that for this machine. Rookie move, maybe, but I didn’t expect what followed. The replacement cartridges went in and within the first handful of pages the pages came out streaked top to bottom. Then I noticed toner on the rollers and even on some gearing — like this powdery black mess where it shouldn’t be. Every single print had nasty streaks and the top corner would fold or crimp, sort of like the cartridge was dragging on something. It was obvious fast that something was wrong. I tried the usual: remove, re-seat, run a few test pages, hoping it would settle in. No luck. Over a couple of days I printed maybe 50 pages total trying to see if the problem would clear up. It didn’t. None of the pages were usable, and the toner kept building up in places it shouldn’t. That caking looked like it could damage the internal parts if I kept going. So I swapped the aftermarket cartridges back out for the HP OEM set that I had on standby. Instant night-and-day — prints normal, no streaks, no crimping, the printer behaving like it was supposed to all along. So yeah, the aftermarket set was defective in my experience. Now the customer support saga. I reached out to the seller and after a handful of emails they finally agreed to accept a return, but it took a lot of back-and-forth and I had to provide photos and documentation proving the leaks and the mess inside the printer. They kept saying their tests would include reading the microchip and that many problems are actually printer faults, which felt like them shifting blame. They also warned they could deny a refund if they decided too much toner had been used. That’s exactly why I printed the Supplies Status page from my HP — it shows how much toner each cartridge used and how many pages were printed — and I recommend anyone in this situation do the same. For my records it showed the cartridges had registered about 2% toner used over roughly 50 pages. Still, none of those pages were salvageable. After they received the returned cartridges the company issued only a partial refund, which they themselves noted in their emails. I wasn’t satisfied, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company, submitted the same photos and the printer’s supplies report, and after their review the bank issued a full chargeback. So in the end I got my money back, but only because I escalated beyond the seller. The whole thing took months to resolve. Along the way I read their reply to a review I’d posted elsewhere, where they emphasized that cartridges are often returned “used” and suggested the problem is frequently the printer. Sure, cartridges are used when you test them, but you don’t know whether a cartridge is defective until you put it in and print. All three color cartridges in my set were leaking badly and contaminating the paper and the mechanics. One more practical note: if you plan to return cartridges and you want a fair shot at a refund, print your printer’s supplies/usage report and keep photos — it helped me prove my case. I’ll admit I was skeptical about going aftermarket to save a few bucks, and that skepticism turned into frustration when the prints failed and then into mild satisfaction when the bank eventually sided with me. I’m happy to have the full credit back, but annoyed that it required so much effort and time, and a real worry that the leaking toner could have caused longer-term damage to the printer. If you value hassle-free customer support and a product that won’t risk your hardware, I’d recommend sticking with OEM or at least buying aftermarket from a source you completely trust — not from this seller in my experience.

    Defective printer ink purchase

    I recently bought some printer ink from this company and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The black ink came out super faded on the first page I tried to print, making it totally useless. And to top it off, the blue ink was all messed up and misaligned during printing. I didn't even bother trying out the magenta or yellow inks. I decided to return the product for a refund, but unfortunately, they only gave me back part of the money. I'm still waiting on an explanation for why that happened. It seems like others have gone through similar situations, so I might have to take it up with my credit card company to make sure I get a full refund.

    I have been buying cartridges from this company for a long time and never had any problems until now. Lately, I've gotten a bunch of defective cartridges and trying to get help from the company has been a nightmare. The customer service folks are not making it easy to fix the problem, and I've lost a lot of money because of these faulty products. I'm really upset about the lack of support and quality control from this company, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

    Printer ink purchase issue

    The printer ink I bought was a total dud. The magenta cartridge was busted and started leaking all over the place, making a huge mess. I contacted the company right away to ask for my money back or a new ink cartridge. It's really putting a damper on my work because I can't print anything until all 4 cartridges are working right.

    Just bought a new black ink cartridge

    The new black ink cartridge I got ended up being a total lemon! It's only printing half lines, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, they had me leave an email with my complaints. But here's the kicker - the email won't even go through! It's a complete scam, especially considering how much I shelled out for this HP cartridge. I'm never buying from this website again, that's for sure.

    I just bought some ink cartridges for my printer from this company, but sadly, they were all messed up. They wouldn't stay in place and kept causing the printer to jam up, so I couldn't even use them. I had to send them back, which was a big hassle and cost me a bunch of money. Not only did I have to pay for shipping to send them back, but there were extra fees that I didn't know about when I bought them.     Toner cartridges for HP printer

    I bought some toner cartridges for my HP printer from this company, but they turned out to be defective.     Defective 63XL ink cartridges

    I recently bought 3 63XL ink cartridges from this company, thinking I could save some cash on printer stuff. But man, was I bummed out when those cartridges turned out to be total duds. Only got about 6 pages out of them before they completely dried up and became useless. So, I had to bite the bullet and spend more on the proper HP cartridges, which have been working like a dream. Definitely not happy with what I got from these guys and probably won't be shopping with them again. If they want their junky cartridges back, they can send me a return form and try to pawn them off on someone else.

    Toner cartridge delivery issue

    I had a problem with getting my toner cartridge delivered recently. I picked a delivery date, but the package said it was delivered to the post office, not to me. When I called customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about my issue.     Drum and cartridge purchase for printer

    I just bought a drum and cartridge for my printer, thinking it would make my prints look better. But, turns out, these things left marks on the paper and ink was splattering everywhere. I reached out to customer service to return them and found out I had to pay $25 for shipping.     2 HP black toner cartriges

    Purchased 2 HP 12A replacement cartriges from 1inc.com. Both were defectivie upon opening them (they both left black dots down the middle of the page even after multiple copies. I replaced them with a replacement cartiige from another vendor and it works fine. 2 cartirges shipped, both defective! I called and they offered to ship replacements, like I now trust this company or their products. To get a refund I have to ship back at my expense and my original shipping costs are not refundable. Bad products, bad refund policy. I would never recommend doing business with this company, ever.

    I have an HP and dealt with quill.com and looking for another legit company only to find out ink.com is no better. Products are coming from third world countries and they are making 300% or more profit. Thanks for the review and will not order from ink

    black cartridge for Canon LBP 622 C

    I have used your cartridges regularly for a while and had no problem with them. This time the color cartridges are fine ( I put them in several weeks ago)but the black I put in just last week, and have printed very little, and it already looks like it's starting to fail. It's the same part of the print every time and is not getting worse or better as I do more. I cannot tell if the cartridge is running out of "ink" because my computer indicator will not recognize any except Canon (just for the black, it will for the colors). Please advise.

I called customer service and was told by a very nasty rep that it’s because the post office is too busy to deliver it. Question: 1. Why wasn’t it delivered by ups directly to me? 2. I need my toner? Only response was it’s the post office fault. Why can’t they help or offer a solution.
