Delivery okay, support isn't
no dust bag, even though the listing said one would be included. The package arrived on time and the item functions fine, but a few things made the whole process annoying. The photos online don't match the actual item — color is different, and one image even shows a different leather and hardware tone. That's not just lighting; it's misleading. There was an authentication tag in the box but it was blank, which felt odd given how much they advertise authenticity checks. I tried to get help: emailed and used chat, also replied to their Trustpilot outreach, all within four business days. No meaningful reply. I sent photos more than 48 hours ago as requested and still nothing. Delivery itself was okay — arrived when they said — but any follow-up support is basically absent. Customer service response time matters here; without it the few smaller faults pile up. The item works and I can use it, so it's not a total loss, but the experience could've been smooth if someone had answered. My advice: expect delays in support, document everything, and ask for clear photos before buying. Also check the delivery note — it didn't list a dust bag. For the price I paid I expected better follow-up.
