Rain jacket and pants purchase
I just bought a rain jacket and pants for an August golf trip. The fabric quality looks awesome and I can't wait to try them out on my trip. The customer service I got during an online chat was really good - quick and helpful, which made buying easy. All in all, I'm happy with my shopping experience at this store.
Faulty product
I bought something from here not too long ago and I was really bummed to see that it wasn't working right. I reached out to the customer service folks and even sent them some pics over email to show them what's up, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's super annoying to deal with this kind of mess and it feels like they don't care about making things right for their customers. I thought they were all about selling top-notch stuff, but now I'm not so sure.
