I was moving into a tiny apartment and wanted a matching blue pepper mill to finish the counter — seemed silly but color mattered. I hesitated because the product photo looked like a soft blue, and online colors can be off, right? Turns out the mill that arrived was a light green with absolutely no blue in it. I contacted customer service; they let me return it and refunded me, which I appreciate, but they kept insisting the green is the official "Eau de Nil" — so, odd. So my worry about a big hassle disappeared (refund was OK), but the color issue stayed. If you need a specific shade, double-check reseller pics first. Glad refund was smooth, so that helped.
Lamp rattled, nice replacements but meh quality
Right when I was plugging the second lamp in, it started rattling—like something loose inside. I'd ordered this bobbin rechargeable lamp before Christmas after seeing a promo in my inbox and even told my sister to check it out. The first one arrived with dents near the top and the power button was flaky, worked sometimes, didn’t other times. They were fast to send a replacement, which seemed fine for a while, but about four weeks later the charging unit came loose and was clanking around inside the case, totally unusable. I contacted them and yep, another quick replacement showed up, but that third unit was crooked and had dents around the charging area too. I do appreciate how quick they were to help and replace stuff, honestly that part was great. Still, three lamps with different issues is too much. Kinda disappointed and tired of exchanges—won’t recommend it right now until they sort out the build quality.
Good frames, fast delivery
one frame had a tiny scuff, and one backing was a bit stiff, but overall I’m satisfied and would recommend it.
Bright little lamp, messy support
multiple calls, more than a few emails, about three weeks of back-and-forth. It wasn’t great. On the upside, once I finally got someone who acted on it (shout-out to Suzanne), the swap happened and the new lamp works perfectly. So in daily use I’m genuinely pleased — simple, reliable, and now fixed. Just know that if you hit a snag you might have to chase them a bit. I’m relieved it worked out and happy with how the light performs now.
