Website constantly freezes and operates at a slow speed. Difficult to make a proper selection.
I just bought something from this website, and let me tell ya, I was pretty bummed out about how it all went down. The site kept freezing up and moving super slow, so I couldn't really check things out and pick what I wanted. To make matters worse, I ran into a bunch of errors and delays when I was trying to place my order - talk about annoying! All in all, my shopping trip was a total letdown because of the site's technical problems.
Pair of shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes 10/13/22, I received a travel bag. Called customer service was advised I must return their mistake before I can receive my shoes. They received the bag back on 10/20/22. I still had not received my shoes the first week of Nov. I again had to call as online showed they had not been sent. I was informed they had to confirm that I sent back to correct item before could send me my shoes. I cancelled my order. Again, I called Nov 8th and was advised they still hadn't had the time yet to confirm I sent back the bag. Their processes as a joke, I did nothing wrong, but for almost 4 weeks I have no shoes or a refund. Be cautious ordering from Adidas a company that makes a mistake and can't cover the cost to cover them. Maybe they make too many mistakes
