Recently booked an air conditioner
I am based in Texas, was in California for a few years. Also have offices in different parts of U.S. I have experienced really great service at AJMadison. They have a wide variety of electronic items. We have been remotely ordering a lot of electronic appliances from their shop... We recently ordered 2 air conditioners at some good price.. the deal was great..bit lower than the usual market. I think AJ madison are doing such fantastic work for their electrical appliances especially. They sell brands of all kinds.. so get the range in the variety as well as the cost.. I highly recomemnd to check their website for the products. the deliveries are smooth too.
Fast services
AJ Madison is one of the best stores i have discovered in recent years, I have bought refrigerate from here and next i replaced my faucet from my kitchen. Both was a good deal with great values and i like the services. They have the Profesional helpers who delivered the items without breaking or anything. Otherwise, i was too worried about my regrets. First thing, it was not that cheap in fact it was expensive and i mostly buy these stuffs from my nearby stores. Buying online is not in my last or was not in my list but after this i am but relieved to find a place where the delivery and services are both top notch.
French door refrigerator purchase
I bought a French door fridge from AJ Madison not too long ago, and gotta say, overall they were good to work with. But man, I'm dealing with a big problem now. Even though the warranty's up, water and ice keep building up under the crisper drawers, which seems to be a common issue with this model. There's even a class action lawsuit going on against the manufacturer, which is pretty worrying. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about getting this fridge - might wanna think twice before taking the plunge, could save you some trouble down the road.
Refrigerator purchase
I recently bought a fridge from AJ Madison and man, let me tell you, it was a great experience. Shopping for appliances can be a drag, but working with this guy John Pereira was awesome. He was super patient, knew his stuff, and really went out of his way to help us find the perfect fridge. His customer service skills were top-notch and made everything easy and stress-free. We're really happy with our purchase and with the help we got from John.
Cooktop & wall oven purchase
I had to get a cooktop and wall oven installed in a hurry, and I got to work with this awesome salesperson who really went out of their way to help me out. They found the perfect appliances that fit my budget and made sure they were ready to ship right away. The salesperson knew their stuff and gave top-notch service. I'll definitely be calling them again for any other appliance needs I have in the future.
New microwave
I recently picked up a new microwave from this store and it's pretty awesome! I wasn't sure what to go for, but they were super helpful in finding the perfect one for me. It looks great in my kitchen and now I can make popcorn whenever I feel like it!
Stove purchase
I ordered a stove online and it was so easy. The price was way better than other places! The delivery guys were friendly and even took away my old stove to set up the new one. The stove arrived in perfect condition and has some really cool features.
Appliances
If there was a negative rating I would give it to AJ Madison. We ordered a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for our new home. The truck "broke down" during the delivery. They did not respond to any inquiry as to a rescheduling date. 2 weeks later they delivered the refrigerator and washer. They did not include the water hose and it was not assembled. The dryer was delivered on a different date with a huge dent in the side. We refused the delivery and finally got a new one 2 weeks later. We paid for a full installation of all of the appliances, but when the dryer was delivered they said that they didn't do installations. We were again left without a washer and dryer. Despite repeated calls to customer service, the appliances were not installed. I figured out how to do this myself, and finished it today. In all of my years on the planet, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. If you are thinking of buying from AJ Madison, I would strongly suggest you find another appliance company!
