$3,000 bed purchase
This place is honestly such a joke. Like seriously, the prices they're asking for are just ridiculous for what you end up getting in return. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's a total disaster. You can tell they just don't give a darn about you once they've got your money in their pockets.
I unfortunately got stuck with a messed up bed from them, and let me tell ya, dealing with the whole return process was a complete nightmare. And on top of that, they decide to use FedEx for deliveries, which is even worse when you're dealing with heavy or pricey items. Save yourself the hassle and go shop somewhere else. I got the Mysa Bed with Frame-Mounted Headboard and I really like it! It was pretty easy to put together, although not as cool as the other ones I was checking out that don't need screws. The color and wood look great in person and it's really stylish. I did have a little issue with the delivery where the second box came a day later, but it was still on time. The company seems trustworthy and I might buy from them again. I really have my eye on the Tenon tables and the Alta clothes rack too, but they're a bit pricey for me. The bed is made of solid oak, which is awesome, and no plywood or MDF stuff, which is important to me. The headboard is a little low for my mattress and can flex if it's not against the wall, but overall it's strong and quiet. So far, I've only slept on the bed, so I can't speak to how it will hold up over time.

Terrible experience.
This company prices like and pretends to be an upscale luxury brand, but the service is the worst.
They use fedex as a delivery partner which simply doesn’t work for these kinds of heavy and expensive products. My $3,000 dollar bed arrived damaged. The damage was minor, so I tried to work it out by requesting a small discount. All I got was a $50 refund and some wood glue. Therefore, I decided to return the item, spend a lot of time and some money on repacking it, as the original packaging was so damaged. I got a refund, but I’m still missing the shipping costs of the head board, as only the bed was damaged and therefore the headboard was not free to return. Needless to say that I don’t need a headboard, if I don’t have the bed.
Please spend your money elsewhere.
