Calabra Dress August 22, 2021

I bought a beautiful dress on July 13th for my daughter’s baptism. I received the dress about 5 days later. The dress unfortunately didn’t fit well, and my husband didn’t think it was appropriate for the occasion, so I would have to return it.

With a newborn life nets busy, I thought I would have time to return, but when I tried to send it back they website said I ran out of time.

On August 9th I sent them an email requesting them to help me with the return but unfortunately the email was ignored.

I thought with everything that’s is going on , companies would be more forgiving and giving clients more time to process things. I buy mainly online now , and never had a problem returning anything since most stores accommodate clients’ needs. I guess this is not the case for this company.

The dress was quite expensive - for me - and now I’ll be stuck with it. Very disappointing.
