Chic home decor
Amara has seriously become my go-to for all things home decor! I mean, they just always have the best stuff, you know? Every time I pop onto their site, I can't help but pick up a little something extra (or two). The quality of their products is seriously unmatched, and I'm always finding these unique pieces that I just gotta have.
So, recently I had a little hiccup with my order, but let me tell you, their customer service is on point! Hazel totally went above and beyond to sort everything out quickly and smoothly. I've gotta say, I am seriously blown away by all the awesome products this company has to offer. Every single thing I've bought has gone above and beyond what I expected, and the quality is top-notch. I've used these products for a bunch of home improvement projects and never had a single problem. Shoutout to Carrie, the customer service rep – she's amazing. Carrie is so professional and dedicated, it's really impressive. She's always there to help out right away and provide whatever support I need. Gift purchase, careful customer service
I was really surprised by how friendly the folks were at this store. They noticed that the box was a little damaged and made sure to give me a heads up before shipping it out. Most places would just send it without saying anything, but it seems like Amara truly values their customers and wants to make sure their items arrive in good shape. That's really crucial, especially when you're sending a gift to someone. I'll for sure be spreading the word about this store to all my friends and will definitely shop here again.
Eye-catching plate purchase
I had such a fantastic time shopping at Amara! Their website was so easy to navigate, and I quickly spotted the beautiful plate I had been searching for. They had such a wide variety of products, including some really special items that I had never come across before. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was shipped, especially considering it was delivered all the way to Canada. Plus, my plate arrived in such lovely packaging. I can't wait to shop at Amara again next time!
Versace cushions
Oh my gosh, I just got these really awesome cushions from this fancy store. They totally make my living room look so stylish and cool. I've bought a bunch of stuff from there and I love it all. The people who work there are seriously so nice and helpful. They have such unique and cool stuff, and the prices are actually really good. Not to mention, the delivery was super quick and simple. I definitely recommend checking them out.
Quick delivery, return label included
I was so impressed by how quickly my order arrived - it showed up the very next day, and that was on a Sunday! They even included a return label just in case I needed it, which I thought was a really nice gesture. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Excellent products, well-packaged
The products here are top-notch - always high quality and show up at your door super fast with reasonable shipping fees. I've never been let down by any of my orders, especially during sales when there's a ton of great choices available.
Recent sale purchase
The sale at this store was amazing! I got some really good stuff at super reasonable prices. My order came quickly and everything was in perfect condition because they packaged it carefully. I'm so pleased with what I bought and I'll definitely be back for more shopping later on.
Terrific quality towels
I was kinda doubting the towels at first 'cause they were so cheap, but I was actually really impressed. They're a good size and really nice quality, I'm super happy with 'em. Only thing is, I totally forgot to get hand towels to match, and now they're all sold out. My bad for sure, but still super annoying.
Cutipol cutlery set - but only empty box was received
I received an empty box. Somewhere between Birmingham UK and Brisbane Australia the goods were stolen however Amara and DHL refuse to replace or refund.
Black horn tray
There are no free international returns even though it was blatantly stated that returns were free on every single item page. I was sent an item that looked vastly different from what was being represented on the picture, and very ugly too. I was told to ship back the item at my own cost if i wanted a refund. Customer service is still back and forth on this matter, and they are not the quickest to respond. Asked me for all sorts of photographs too. The item was $170+, shipping back via DHL would cost me around the same price or more. I have to suck it up and keep that ugly looking thing. So international buyers, be 1000000% sure you are fine with this.
