Butt-covering bikini
This bikini is adorable, but the material feels really cheap, and the sizes are all wrong. Also, I heard they're an antisemitic company, which is just not cool. If they continue to disrespect Israel, I'll make sure to spread the word about their awful products.
International shipping restrictions
I'm a customer trying to buy some swimwear from this store, but I was bummed out to find out they don't ship to certain places like Israel. It sucks not being able to get the stuff I want because of these rules. Also, the harsh words in the review I saw were really uncalled for and rude. Businesses should always stay professional and treat everyone with respect, no matter what their political views are.

I am so disappointed with this experience! I never imagined a swimwear company would be dragged into political issues, but that's what happened. Thinking that Israel's territory is labeled as "Palestinian territory" for shipping is just so silly. Clearly, they don't understand the whole situation in the Middle East. It's such a dumb and clueless decision. They should be ashamed for pushing away customers with their wrong beliefs. I hope they see this mistake and understand that politics and business don't mix well.

This company is completely appalling for not shipping to Israel. It's just so wrong to label us as terrorists and not wanting to sell to the people in Israel. Who do they think they are to disrespect us and miss out on such a great customer base? They should be ashamed of their discrimination and ignorance.

I bought a swimsuit from this company, and let me tell you, their return policy is awful. I tried to return something, but they only do store credit and I had to pay for shipping and buy something else to make it happen. They wouldn't even do it for just one item. It's super greedy of them. I wouldn't recommend shopping with a company like that.

I had a really bad time shopping here. The customer service sucked, and I never got the bikini I bought. I'm not only missing the item I paid for, but they also owe me money for the order they never delivered. I tried getting in touch multiple times to fix things, but got no response. It's frustrating to be kept in the dark with no communication or solution in sight.

It's been a month and I've had ZERO response on my refund request. I am disappointed because originally I wanted to exchange my bikini but the leopard bikini has been on backorder for over 6 months. At this point, summer is over so I've requested a refund of my money. After doing so, I get ZERO responses from the team. I've never had a company ghost me like this. I am appalled and still hoping they'll message me back soon.

I made an order, a few days later DHL called me and said I have to pay an additional £60, which I didn't wish to. So I contacted Ark Swimwear customer support and they said they won't pay anything (free shipment on the website) so I instructed DHL to return the parcel. After they got their product they refused to make a refund. I was shocked ? they got my money, they got their product and they refuse to make a refund. This is a scam. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!
Brazilian Leopard Bathing Suit Bottom
Bought a bottom and matching top. Had been in contact with them about restocks plenty before and they always answered promptly. But when I received my item, even tho I've historically ALWAYS been a small, or a 4 in jeans (if not less), the bottom I received were way too small. Tried contacting them over and over for an exchange and they want to charge me for this insane shipping fee which I won't even receive my items until after my trip I bought the swim suits for. So they have been avoiding me for over a week now, unhelpful. I've initiated a charge back. Do not buy from here. Just get SHEIN or Billabong. They are a scam. For the amount of money I paid for it, I expected better care of their customers.

I was very disappointed in my Ark swimwear. The swimsuits run smaller than the size chart indicates. And to exchange (you can’t return), you have to spend $40 to even mail the swimsuit back.
