I just bought a thermal scope and let me tell you, Faris Oran was a great help as my customer service guy. He was real professional and got things sorted out quick. Gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out - the product and the customer service were top-notch.

I gotta say, I recently bought two scopes and a monocular from this company and I couldn't be happier. These products work like a charm and are totally worth the price. X Sight scope purchase
Don't even bother buying the X Sight scope, trust me. The customer service is terrible. When I needed assistance with mine, all they did was tell me to watch YouTube videos. Can you believe that? That's their idea of helping customers? I've never been so let down by a purchase before.

Bought a cool gadget
I got this really awesome gadget from this store and it was amazing! I had a little issue with it, but I reached out to their customer support and they quickly sorted it out for me. Night vision rifle scope purchase
I got this night vision rifle scope a while back and it was working great until the IR light died on me earlier this year. But luckily, the customer service folks were able to hook me up with a new one that works just fine. All in all, I'm happy with how it performed and the help I got.
IR Illuminator purchase
I bought an IR Illuminator from the website after talking with the customer service rep, Chamberlin. He was really helpful in answering my questions and I ended up choosing the Supernova 850nm illuminator. They also gave me a coupon for my purchase. Can't wait to use it on my next hunting trip!
