Seamless, easy navigation, quick customer service
I just bought something from Azura Runway and it was super smooth. The website was really easy to use, so I found what I wanted in no time. The customer service team got back to me fast and gave me all the details I needed. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went and how professional they were.

I ordered 6 things from this store not too long ago and it was alright. Kinda odd, though, that 2 of the items showed up in a separate package. But, all 6 things got to me in just 3 days, so that was pretty quick. Each item had its tags and looked just like I thought they would in terms of quality and style.

I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I placed an order and waited for over a month without hearing anything, so I decided to reach out and see what was up. Turns out, my order was cancelled without them even letting me know. And to make matters worse, they didn't give me a refund for the cancelled order. Their lack of communication and customer service is just not cool. I definitely recommend staying away from this company.

I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered some stuff weeks ago and still haven't gotten a thing. And to top it off, when I tried to ask about my order, they straight up ignored me. Their customer service is seriously bad. I'm never buying from them again, no matter what.

I bought some clothes from this site not too long ago and had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my hands on them. The worst part was I had no clue where my stuff was during the wait since there were no updates on the shipping. It was super annoying not knowing when my order would finally arrive.
Multiple items
I bought a bunch of stuff from this company not too long ago, but I ended up not getting any of the things I wanted. I tried hitting up customer service multiple times to get some help, but I haven't heard anything back about my missing stuff or getting my money back yet. This whole situation has me feeling really annoyed and let down. It's pretty clear that this company is dropping the ball when it comes to taking care of their customers and it seems like they're up to some shady business.
Two swimsuits, different sizes
So, check it out, I ordered these swimsuits, right? Well, let me tell ya, one of them is tiny and the other one is huge! And the quality is no good! Looks like they just slapped it together real quick. And the fabric? Definitely not meant for swimming, more like sheer undies. So I hit them up and all they said was "sorry you didn't like it!" Like, come on! It's not about liking it, it's about getting stuck with junk. Now they're making it a hassle for me to send it back! Seriously? I never got a return label so now I gotta dish out a ton of cash to ship it back to China. Ugh, they seriously need to step up their game when it comes to customer service.
Cute dress
I ordered this super cute dress, but it was the wrong size. I did everything they said to send it back, and now they're not giving me a refund. I even made sure not to remove any tags! It's so frustrating!
Disappointing dress purchase
I just bought a dress online and man, it was a letdown. The dress I got looked nothing like the one they showed on their website. The colors were all wrong, and the dress didn't even fit right - it was like they just slapped two pieces of fabric together. The quality was trash, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them after my experience.
Suit purchase
I just bought a suit from this store, but man, I was so let down by the false advertisement. The ad showed a whole suit, but all I got was a jacket. It took a whole month of dealing with their nonsense to get my money back, and I even had to go to Consumer Affairs to make it happen. Finally got a refund, but no apology or anything from the seller. It's pretty crappy that other people have gone through the same thing with their other stores.
Secret sales scam
I bought something from this place and thought I was getting a great deal on a secret sale item. But when I got my order, turns out they charged me way more than the advertised price. I tried reaching out to customer service about the issue, but they wouldn't admit their mistake and ignored all my emails. Felt totally scammed and neglected, not a good feeling. Just a heads up, watch out for their sneaky tactics and think twice before buying from them!
Perfume purchase
I just wanted to share my experience with Azura Runway. I ordered a perfume from them, but it never showed up. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one ever got back to me. It's frustrating to not get what I paid for and then be ignored when I'm trying to sort it out. I think it's important for online stores to communicate better with their customers. Because of this, I won't be suggesting Azura Runway to anyone I know.

I bought some clothes from that online shop and man, it was a total bummer. My order took forever to get to me, like over two weeks - totally not cool in this day and age, you know? I'm pretty sure they just use drop shipping and don't even have the brands they say they do. Save yourself some trouble and steer clear of that store.
