Hey, I recently made an online purchase and let me tell you, it was quite a wild ride. I checked out a bunch of online stores before deciding to go with this one. But, turns out, it wasn't all it seemed. The website had all these nice pictures that made it look like a local shop, but it was far from it. When I tried reaching out about my order, I heard nothing back. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm starting to think they don't even send out the right items or maybe don't send anything at all. It's frustrating to see businesses using something like Covid19 to try and scam people.
Comforter set
I recently bought a comforter set from this store, but I was a little worried at first because of all the bad reviews. It did end up taking a couple of weeks to arrive since it was coming from far away. The tracking information was a bit confusing, but the customer service was quick to respond with new tracking details. Luckily, when the comforter set finally arrived, it was exactly like the picture and I'm really happy with it!
Seat covers purchase
I just bought some seat covers from this website and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised with how everything went down. I was a bit worried at first because I read some bad reviews online, but I went for it anyway. Turns out, I was totally wrong to doubt them! I placed my order on Nov 16th and got it on Nov 24th, super fast! The seat covers were exactly what I was looking for, and they were top-notch quality. I even double-checked the tracking number with the carrier, and it was all good. I'm really happy with my purchase and how quickly it got to me.
Shower curtain purchase
I paid extra for fast shipping to get my shower curtain in 7-10 days, but it ended up taking 25 days to arrive. I reached out to customer service multiple times, got a tracking number, but it still came late. And when it finally arrived, it didn't look anything like the picture on the website. All in all, I'm not happy with the product or my experience with this company.

I recently bought car seat covers from a website, and I have to say I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. When I looked around the site, I couldn't find any reviews. So, I did some digging and found out that the company had some issues in 2019 with the Better Business Bureau. There were a lot of complaints about packages not being delivered and poor communication. Even though the company said they were going to get better, it looks like they haven't changed much according to recent complaints. Because of this, I would recommend that people stay away from buying anything from this company.
Seat Covers Purchase
I wanted to share my experience as a customer because I am really frustrated with this company. Back in January, I bought some seat covers but I still haven't gotten them. I even tried to sort it out with PayPal, but they didn't really fix the problem. When the company gave me a tracking number, it turned out to be fake, and because of that, PayPal closed the case too soon. The way this company ignores me and tricks customers is just not right. It's really disappointing to lose $200 like this.

Man, I was freaking out when I couldn't find my order after clicking "view order." I got so pissed, I even shot off a nasty email and called my bank to get a refund. But guess what? Today, totally out of nowhere, my pink and black princess crown seat covers showed up! They're actually pretty sweet and seem like they're decent quality. Hopefully everyone else gets their gear soon. The communication is seriously lacking though, that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. Honestly though, it's more like a 1 star situation with that mess.

The seat covers I got are not what I expected. The dark blue trim doesn't go well with the turquoise stripe. I contacted the company for help and sent them pictures like they asked, but now they're not responding to my emails about returning them. I paid $170 for these seat covers, and even though they're nice quality, I'm let down by the color mix-up. I wanted to swap them for the right colors, but since they're not getting back to me, I'm not planning on doing more business with them. I've tried to get a refund with no success, so now I'm sharing my experience on social media until they address my concerns.

I just bought some seat covers from this company, but I got sent the wrong ones that were also torn. I've been trying to sort it out, but all they do is send me emails with a lousy discount and another front seat cover. It feels like they're trying to make me give up and just accept what they give me. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from them, especially since they don't even have a phone number for direct communication.
Duvet sets purchase
I recently bought four duvet covers, all in queen size, and had a really great experience with this company. One of the duvet sets I ordered was unfortunately out of stock, but the customer service team reached out to me quickly to let me know and apologize for any inconvenience. They totally blew me away by not only sending me the out-of-stock duvet in a larger size (king) but also included an extra duvet set as a nice gesture. The quality of all the duvet sets was even better than I expected; they were all super nice quality and exactly as described on the website. Plus, the delivery was crazy fast - I got my order in less than 5 days from when I placed it. Overall, I am really happy with the service and products from this company.
2 car front seat covers
I ordered 2 car seat covers. I noticed I had a charge on my credit card and discovered it was for this order. I received an email stating that they didn't have this item, they were out of the color and to choose another color. I sent an email back and explained that it was highly unusual for them to charge my account prior to filling my order. I requested a refund. Normally an account is charged when the order is filled and shipped. They offered me a steering wheel cover. I am still waiting for my account to be refunded. I would not order from this company again. Do your research before you order on line.
2 Men’s shirts
I purchased two extra large men’s shirts and I received one extra large men’s shirt and one extra large women’s shirt! The woman’s shirt it’s not even the design that I ordered! I contacted them and all they did was tell me that my order was shipped and delivered! This doesn’t help me at all Considering it’s a Christmas present! But I have contacted them and asked them to please send me the correct shirt and I sent pictures of the incorrect one as well as the one that was supposed to have been sent! Waiting to hear back from them!
Car seat covers
The colors are nice, but it did not fit my seats. It was bubbled/baggy where you sit and on the back. There's badges on them that are cheap looking and with Japanese writing on it. I have a German made vehicle. Doesn't make sense to have that on my car. The badges are not shown in the picture or mentioned. The covers were very difficult to put on. Been battling with customer service to return them for weeks now (sigh). They offered me a $13 refund and I keep the covers I have no use for. (I paid $155 for these) now they're saying I have to pay for the return shipping. Why? I had to wait almost a month and a half after being told it takes 2 weeks just to be disappointed and treated like dirt from them. How cheap and disrespectful can one company be? What happened to the customer is always right? I don't want the product and just want to return it and get a refund. Why is that so hard???

I ordered a set of seatcovers for my car and was all excited to recieve them... I have been patiently waiting for about 2 months now... Customer service is impossible to get ahold of and my product is nowhere to be found... I will never do business with this company ever again... And I WILL be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...
Ordered mine on 6 June 2020, 6 Aug now, still no seat covers!
It's been 3 months for me I ordered them way back in May and here it is August and it's not so much the money all the money is important right now I really wanted the seat covers for my Camaro

The best part was the price, it was hella normal. I bought one from another site, it was expensiveI just ordered a bed set for my ex-girlfriends birthday last month on the 21st never ordered anything from them before used a credit card and have not got my order yet and I can not find out if they even shipped my order or not really I would like to know where it is and my ex-girlfriends birthday has all ready passed so not happy about this at all will call the credit card commany to see if they can cancel the payment
The worst experience ever! We ordered new seat covers for our new 2021 Ram 1500. However when we got the seat covers the configuration was wrong for the back bench seat. I reported this and asked if they could send us the correct configuration. I even sent pictures showing that it didn't fit. All I got was I see that the 2 back seats fit, maybe if you watch this install video you will be able to figure it out. But the pictures showed that the 2 back seats were barley on and had no where to clip to. Then the center piece of the seat covers don't even touch each other to connect. And they sent a head cover, but we don't have a headrest on that center piece. So how are you going to tell me to figure it out!?!?!?! IT DOES NOT CONNECT AND IS THE WRONG CONFIGURATION?? I don't know what else to do these cost a lot of money, especially during this covid times. DO NOT BUY FROM BEDDINGINN!!!!!
