automated replies asking for the same photos, model number, proof of purchase over and over. I waited about two weeks and finally got a message that my return was “pending approval” while engineers look into it. I asked for someone to call me and kept getting AI answers. So my pre-purchase doubts? Yeah, validated. I’m a bit annoyed but not totally done — the fridge itself is fine, it’s the service that ruined it for me.
