Showed up but support vanished
I ordered the upright cooler because my bad back meant I needed something I could roll during a move. Wheels arrived damaged, emails and calls went straight to voicemail and no real help after several tries. Delivery was on time and the driver left it inside, which was an unexpected plus.

My doubts didn’t go away; if anything they got louder. CS answered reasonably, so thumbs up there, but the whole promo felt misleading. Pretty disappointed overall, not great.
Great price, frustrating support

I waited about two weeks and finally got a message that my return was “pending approval” while engineers look into it. I asked for someone to call me and kept getting AI answers. So my pre-purchase doubts? Yeah, validated. I’m a bit annoyed but not totally done — the fridge itself is fine, it’s the service that ruined it for me.
