I bought this A275 almost two years ago and honestly didn’t expect much. Turns out the battery lasts forever — like, I’m still surprised. Tires are chunky and comfy. Display is huge and actually useful. Brakes are solid. Only gripe was the color; I wanted something less loud. Had a bad return with another seller before, so I hesitated. Still, would recommend for casual rides.
Morning commute saver
My daughter started using the T16 on her rush-hour rides across Amsterdam a few weeks ago. First ride she was impressed — easy to handle in traffic and felt sturdy. One sensor acted up, but Bodywel shipped a replacement fast and kept in touch, which honestly surprised me. Delivery was quicker than expected and support sounded genuinely helpful. Glad she has it so far.
Almost there, rough start
first one bike would lunge, the other lost a nut and I got the wrong replacement. They eventually sent the correct part and fixed it, though shipping cost fell to me. Not perfect, but it works.
Almost perfect commute bike — until it wasn't
sturdy, predictable, pretty reassuring. Then the slow unravel started. First a cable issue (they sent a how-to video, which I used), then the motor failed — they mailed a replacement with instructions, again helpful but kind of a pain to DIY when it should've been covered. Brakes acted up too; fixed them by watching tutorials but I kept worrying they'd go on me. The battery was the real kicker: over the last year the range dropped to around 20 miles and eventually it died. They offered a discounted replacement but I didn’t want to sink more cash into something that kept needing fixes. Also noticed rust on the chain, spokes and bolts even though it lived in my garage next to other bikes that stayed fine. I'm honestly surprised and a bit annoyed — not totally bitter, just disappointed. If you buy one, ask about battery longevity and rust protection. Hope mine was just a dud batch.
First ride, immediate problem
fix it yourself or pay a shop. There was also a noticeable scratch on the frame. It was only 1 day old and 1 km on it, yeah frustrating. I noticed the issue during a short test ride close to home, so no crash, glad about that.
Easy daily ride
I'll say it up front — this bike has been a really good pick for our daily life. My partner uses it almost every day for commuting, grocery runs and little weekend rides, and it just does the job without drama. The battery keeps going way longer than we expected, and topping it up doesn't take long or cost much, which is a relief. We did lose a key once (silly us), but customer service replied right away and helped arrange a replacement. Solid build, good value, I'd recommend it.
