Two dresses
I ordered two dresses and man, what a letdown. They looked nothing like they did in the pictures. The material was just terrible, and don't even get me started on the fit - it was all wrong. I decided to take a gamble on this company, but I'm never doing that again. If you're thinking about ordering from here, take a peek at some reviews and do some research. I feel sorry for anyone who gets scammed by this company.
Leather boots and sweater
I was really bummed out by my recent purchase from this store. I ordered some leather boots that were supposed to be real leather, but when they showed up, they were obviously fake and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Not only were they not good quality, but they were also ugly in person. On top of that, the XXL sweater I got was way smaller than I thought it would be and made of cheap polyester. And the return policy stinks - I have to pay for return shipping and can only get store credit back. Overall, my shopping experience here was awful and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Dress order mix-up
I recently bought something from this store and ended up getting the wrong dress. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't very helpful or apologetic. It was really disappointing to see the lack of professionalism and integrity from the company.
Blue tie-dye shorts and a boho crop top
OMG, I can't believe this store! I ordered these super adorable blue tie-dye shorts and a boho crop top, but when they arrived, they looked completely different from the photos. I was so let down! It's as if they sent me fake versions or something. And when I asked for a refund, they only gave me store credit. Ugh, so annoying! Honestly, don't waste your cash shopping here!
Dress purchase
I ordered a dress from this site and it was a disaster. The shipping took forever, and when the dress finally showed up, it looked nothing like the pictures. The sizing was way off, and it looked cheaply made. When I returned it, all I got was a store credit, which was disappointing. I decided to try again and got a different dress, which was even worse. The material was terrible, and even though I sized down like the reviews suggested, it still didn't fit right. The quality was comparable to SHEIN, if not worse, but the prices were much higher. It's obvious to me now that any good reviews for this store are probably fake. Don't waste your money and steer clear of this store at all costs.
Return hassle with store credit only
Bought a dress that I wanted to love, but it did not look good on me. Went to the website and my email and couldn’t find anything that would lead me to begin a return process. Two emails later I finally get a link to start a return only to find out it Hass to go through a review process and in the end I will only get a store credit. So buyer beware don’t buy anything online from them unless you’re prepared to love it.
cover up and two dresses
..., I don't even know how to start except that I was so disappointed, I ordered two dresses and a beach cover-up, it looks nothing like on the website, the material is cheap, see-through, nothing like what I thought I was getting, I only wish I would've read the reviews before I spent the money and the order took forever to receive, what a disappointment.
Clothing / jewelry / sandals
I ordered $324 of products from this company. Including tops, rompers, jewelry, sandals and a swim suit. Most took weeks to receive and some took a month and a half. Apart from 2 shirts, the items looked NOTHING like the description. The "leather" sandals - that looked adorable in the photo - were shipped from china and made of a strange plastic material. They were AWFUL, I wish I would have taken a picture... the difference was comical. The swim suit looked like someone tried to mimic the picture from hand and failed miserably at it. It looked NOTHING like the picture. The jewelry was a joke. The rings were cheap metal that were so small they wouldn't fit on my pinkie top knuckle or even my 8 year old daughter. The chains and necklaces could be bought from a quarter machine. It was just silly. The worst part, after reaching out to the customer service, they wouldn't honor refunds, despite the false description and they made me pay for shipping. I returned everything and all they were willing to give me was $69 store credit! They completely robbed me. BEWARE
V Neck Long Sleeve Top with Pockets
IT was adorable on their site, and after weeks of waiting, it finally came and was actually the cheapest top with absolutely no style. it was NOTHING like the site. Please don't but from this scam. They don't have a return policy, so you have to keep it or get a store credit to another ... ... garment.
clothes from Boho Beach Hut
This company is a total scam. It takes two weeks to process the order and then I am told the order will not arrive for another 2 to 4 weeks. I should have read the reviews noting that this is another chinese scam company. Beware!
Dress
If I could give no stars I would! Horrible customer service. They do not tell you that it come from China! I ordered a dress for my girlfriend a month ago and it has still not arrived. Shipping has not been updated in two weeks! When I get a reply it is a form email from "Xiara".
Do not buy from them!Knitted Sweater
DO NOT buy from this site. Product is nothing like the pictures. Material is STIFF and cheap and uncomfortable. Read the fine print for refunds/exchange before purchasing, wish I did. Do not believe other reviews. This is pretty much a scam website. Product is not like the website and does not even have any tags. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.
