I actually saw these sunglasses in a back-in-stock email — a friend even tagged me — so I jumped and ordered. The next day they wrote back saying oops, wrong stock, order would take too long and offered either swap for something else at the same price or cancel with a refund in “8 days” (they didn’t say if that meant business days). I picked cancel and refund, thinking cool, simple. Fast forward past those 8 days and…nothing. No refund, no follow-up, so I had to email them again. The site and the glasses looked legit, and maybe the product would’ve been fine, but the delivery/refund communication was messy. I might have mixed up an email, but still — not a great experience.
Almost gave up, then they surprised me
the fit softened, the lenses sat right, and I could actually see better without that weird pressure behind my ears. That exact moment — when I reached up, adjusted them once, and realized they were comfortable — is when I relaxed and felt satisfied. A week later customer service finally replied and offered a quick exchange option in case I wanted it, so that helped calm my remaining doubts. All in all, not perfect, and communication could’ve been faster, but the glasses themselves won me over once they settled in. If you’re like me and skeptical at first, give them a little time — it might change your mind.
