Express Shipping Nightmare
This online purchase I made was a disaster. I paid extra for express shipping and waited a whole 15 days only to get an email saying my order was delivered, which it definitely wasn't. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare! They just tell you to contact the delivery service, but don't give you any info on who the courier is. It's like a crazy scavenger hunt trying to track down my package. I feel like I threw my money away on this mess, and I'm so fed up. I'm done with this company and I'm not giving them a dime more. I'll keep pushing until I get a full refund.
First order placed
As a new customer at this online store, I was pretty pumped to place my first order. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I was after. The product pics were so nice, I couldn't wait to see if the stuff looks just as good in real life. Checking out was a breeze, and I got a confirmation email right away. I just bought an outfit from this website, but when I got my package, the material was way worse than what they showed online. Plus, the label on the package had a completely different name than the brand I ordered from. They only gave me $8.00 back for their mistake, which was not enough to make up for it. Lingerie purchase
I bought some lingerie that was super cute and great quality, but man, the shipping time was insane. It seriously took a whole month for my order to get to me, which is way too long for just a simple item. I get that shipping can take some time, but waiting four weeks is just too much. It's frustrating being so excited for your order and then it takes forever. The service was pretty average, nothing really stood out there. The pricing was fair for the quality of the lingerie, but I really wish they had faster shipping options for those of us who can't wait a whole month for our stuff.
Misleading tracking information
I just bought something from this company and let me tell you, I am super frustrated with the tracking info they gave me. I ordered on 2/24/24 and quickly got a tracking number. But when I looked it up, it said my package had already been delivered, which is totally not true. I want accurate tracking updates as a customer, not lies that make me feel lost and tricked. This whole thing has left me pretty ticked off and there's no way I'm shopping with them again.

Shoes
Returning anything is a huge hassle. The Return Policy page says “If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.”
I ordered shoes that were mislabeled, so I contacted them as the return page says, but they gave me such a hard time. They essentially tried to give me a discount instead of allowing me to return them, and said that I would have to be the one to cover return shipping. Nowhere on their return page did it say anything about this. Also, they take days to reply, so by the time we were finally reaching an agreement, they told me I was no longer in the 14 day return period.
This is extremely misleading. Do not order from here unless you’re actually okay with no returns because that’s what it SHOULD say on their page.Online shopping experience

I ordered 5 outfits none of them fit tried again it’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my order. Scam
Clothing items
Do not even think about ordering from this site. Once you have ordered from ChicMe and wish to return after immediately after receiving, you have to if email a representative and request a return address label. Rather than sending you the label as requested, a representative will respond (via email) stating the they are willing to allow you to keep the items and offer you a 30% discount. So, you turn down the offer (via email) and again, you receive another response (via email) from the representative, again allowing you to keep the items but this time, a 50% discount is offered. While all of this emailing bath and forth is going on, ChicMe is apologizing for the inconvenience but also informing the customer that they hope that this issue can be resolved within the free return fourteen day time period. Since May 30, 2023, I have email this company on several occasions, requesting a return label. As of today, June 5,v 2023, I still have not received neither the information nor information regarding the return address. Also, if you do not accept their offer for a percentage discount to keep their clothing, the return of the merchandise will be a the customer’s expense.
Clothes
I ordered from the website and received my items on April 7. I had had surgery on April 5 on my shoulder and was unable to try the clothing on when I received it. I tried the clothing on a few weeks later, when I was able to move my arm and realized that the two shirts were too small. I reached out to customer service only to exchange, the two tops and was told that I couldn’t exchange it because they only give 14 days. I explain to them multiple times my situation with surgery and reiterated that I didn’t want to refund, only an exchange. They continue to offer me five dollars or $10 off my next order, but refused to exchange the tops , I will never order from them again because Customer Service is a top priority, and they couldn’t make an exception, knowing that I had had surgery. I realize for me that good customer service is better than anything else and they definitely don’t have it!
