I nearly canceled my order — the site looked like a maze and the return policy was weird, so I was honestly nervous. I messaged support beforehand and got slow replies, which didn't help my trust. The item did show up and actually works fine, not perfect but more than usable. Returns would still feel like a headache given the fine print; compared to other shops I've used, their support is a step down. So my doubts didn't fully disappear, but the product does what I needed, so I'm staying put for now.
Versailles detour paid off
I stumbled into their Versailles boutique last spring because I actually needed a coat. The staff there — calm, funny, not pushy — helped me pick a bag and a couple of accessories and even showed quick styling tricks. Later I ordered online. Delivery was faster than I expected and nicely wrapped, and when I asked support about sizing they answered the same day. First time wearing it I felt oddly proud. Small, happy purchase, and good service all round.
Product OK, delivery not
I first heard about this from a friend and saw it on Instagram, so I ordered. The gadget itself feels fine — decent weight, buttons click, and it works when you use it. But ordering and delivery were a mess. Tracking claimed several failed attempts even though I was home waiting; then they said I hadn't given my address, which I had — twice. I messaged support and basically got silence, no follow-up, no explanation. When it finally showed up the box had a small dent and a minor scratch. I used it for a few days; performance is solid, battery lasts about a day. So functionally okay, but the terrible communication and delivery experience soured everything. Won't risk ordering again, for now. Not worth the hassle.
Weird refund delay, product's fine
I sent an item back and it turned into a whole saga — stuck in customs for ages and I only got movement after I nagged them. The return finally showed as received a couple weeks ago, and I actually used the replacement right away; first impressions are good, works as expected so that’s a relief. The refund itself is still being held up by some “system issue” they say, but customer service replied and said they’re working with the right team. It’s annoying and took too long, but at least someone’s on it now. Hoping it finishes soon, fingers crossed.
Nearly Passed On It
replies were slow and I'm still waiting on a refund for a mix-up, so service needs fixing.
That dress moment (and then the debt chase)
I ordered a dress in June and when it finally showed up I actually breathed — it fit, the fabric was nicer than the pics, felt… right. That was the moment I thought, hey, worth it. FedEx had delayed it because they kept saying I owed import duties and VAT, but the brand told me I didn’t. Delivery was late but the dress was fine, so small victory. Then summer turned into a whole circus. I started getting payment chasers from FedEx, the brand kept assuring me they were handling it and that I shouldn't pay, which was comforting at first — like, someone’s on it. Weeks went by with zero real updates. And then debt collectors called. That was the surprising part, the part that made me angry-sad. Now I’m threatened with legal action and my credit score at risk unless I pay within a week. I’m still sorting it out with them. So, product-wise I’m happy — love the dress — but the aftercare and the billing mess? Terrible. Be warned: good item, bad follow-through, and it can get stressful.
Refund after a long fight, but the dress never showed
I ended up hiring a lawyer, sent a few emails, and finally they refunded me directly to my bank. So yeah, it took months and a lot of hassle, but the money did come back. I’ll admit I’m relieved more than happy, because I wasted time chasing them down instead of trying other stores or getting a backup outfit. On the upside, once pushed they handled the refund properly — slow, but it worked. Customer service clearly needs to get its act together (and stop asking for ID stuff), but credit where it’s due: persistence and a formal nudge got results. If you shop here, just be prepared to follow up hard. I’d use them again only if shipping and communication were fixed — quick refund in the end, just don’t expect smooth sailing.
Good sneakers, frustrating extras and support
solid shoe for everyday use; I can recommend the fit and feel. Service-wise: disappointing and a bit dismissive, which matters when you’re buying based on advertised extras. It’s annoying because the rest of the experience is fine — I just wanted the little bits that were shown. If you care about those add-ons, screenshot everything and be prepared to follow up. Emotionally, I’m just annoyed, not furious — the shoes do what they should, but the mismatch between site and delivery, and the way support handled it, left a bad taste.
The coat I actually needed, not the service
a plain cardboard box with the coat shoved in, no tissue, no branded wrapping, no paperwork. For a pricier item it looked... cheap. I took photos on the spot because I was already suspicious and, yeah, I’m glad I did.
