it's basically a deep open cabinet, making it awkward as a stand-alone desk. I wish the product shots were clearer. Also, the company charges a $598 return fee with zero wiggle room. I even offered to pay the difference for 66" Executive Desk plus part of the fee, but got no help. Heads up if you wanted a free-standing piece.

Just what the living room needed
Halfway through folding laundry I heard the delivery truck and thought, huh — could this be the ottoman? We’d bought the sofa locally and hunted for a matching piece, found it on Coleman Furniture’s site and placed the order. The first box turned out to be the wrong item, which was annoying, but Drei S in customer service stepped in and was great. He emailed every day, kept me posted, and sorted the swap fast. When the correct ottoman finally arrived and sat next to the couch, I breathed out — perfect match. Now it’s used daily for feet, extra seating and snacks.
Cushioned relief
I was sinking into the sofa the first night and thought, okay this is actually comfy — the cushions have that just-right give, the fabric feels sturdy but soft, not too flimsy. So when a corner showed damage I was bummed, but Jomer from customer care stepped in and kept telling us what's happening, which helped. After a short back-and-forth with the maker they agreed to send a new one instead of a repair, so relief all around. Happy it's sorted and grateful for the follow-through — if you're picky about feel, ask for updates, it matters.
Bolts that just wouldn't behave
it works now, but it was way more trouble than it should've been. The first sign was obvious — bolts that were the wrong diameter, so the legs just wouldn't go on. Then the bags had numbers but the parts in the picture didn't match — labeled, labeled stuff that somehow didn't fit. I ended up using longer bolts where shorter ones should've gone and yeah, they poked right through the wood. I've bought cheap flat‑packs before and survived, but this felt sloppy rather than economical. Not a total disaster — table stands, chairs hold — but there were broken bits and a fair bit of cursing. Next time I'll buy elsewhere or at least pay with a card so I can dispute it if needed.

Delivery that actually helped
white-glove team called to confirm, arrived on time, navigated narrow stairs, set everything up and adjusted the base so my back felt better that night. Small thing but appreciated: they noticed a scratch on a nightstand before I did and offered a fix on the spot. Makes me consider buying more.
Couch of many moods
I almost didn’t buy this sofa. I mean, I hovered over the buy button for days — too pricey, too fancy, and I kept thinking “what if it sags like my old college couch?” In the showroom it looked great, plush in a believable way, salesperson smiled, I went for it. So yeah, doubts in the beginning. Then it arrived and those doubts didn’t so much vanish as slowly became very loud.
